Thank you. This is a1 info for me. I find that this may be easier than changing out the parts and bearings. I heard you loud and clear with that blower going. I probably need new shocks anyway and will definitely not be using the old square u bolts since yours broke.
Im about to have to do this… I will be watch these videos a lot probably.
Use those lock washers under your big washer where the nuts want vibrate lose on you. Great video......
Much appreciated!
Simply excellent video! I watched Part 1 of your differential housing swap saga which was awesome! You may not be a professional but you know obviously know your stuff!
This was my first time, had to do the job again for the 14 Bolt swap

CAN I INSTALL A 2014- UP SILVERADO COMPLETE DIFFERENTIAL ON MY 1996 YUKON 4×4 2 DOORS??
Good question. Never looked into it personally, but you might have issues if the 2014 had a different rear suspension setup. like using coil springs instead of leaf springs and such. also the brakes will be different
@@mooseempire00 well 2014 and up has leaf suspension, I like those because has big discs
Should be similar to my Yukon 1996
Thank you for making this. Was this a g80 locking diff you put in there ?
you're welcome, and no it's a 3.73 came out of a Tahoe Z71. not sure if it's a G80

Good video on basics, but one thing you forgot was how to remove the emergency brake cable.
