GI RN of many years here. These exercises will definitely manipulate the colon from the inside enough to give results 😂 but if you’re feeling lazy, lay all the way on your LEFT side (up on your hip and shoulder) and bend your legs up toward your chest at least 90 degrees. Slow, deep breaths to relax and the gas will get to moving. Oh my word, he just said to “let that gravy train flow” 😂😂
I have extreme colon diseases and this is seriously helpful. Handfuls of GasX does nothing as I swell up to look as if I'm 6 months pregnant. So uncomfortable that I can't sleep. Thank you

It's like I'm coming to see you every week with stage 4 cancer I seem to have a problem every time I turn around my last problem this past couple weeks is abdominal pain and gas. Yes! Every pregnant woman should have the knee lifter! I also found in the hospital when eating weird foods and had gas I did downward dog pose and all let loose! Of course make sure no one is around lol ! 😂 🙏🏼

When you said happy place I remembered my coworker's son taking the largest picture book to the loo and going potty on his own. His parents would show him picture books to get him to relax when they potty trained him. The book was so comically large though 😂

I have a question. Is there anything I can do to get rid of a plica in my knee? I’m a high school cross country runner and it hurts when/after I run. My knees are also squeaky when I press on them or do certain movements. Any ideas?
