Mine has the same problem but it goes forward but only from one side and the other side looks stuck in something but is not. I already did what you showed in the video but still the same. 😞 I need to move it forward otherwise is not way to drive this truck 🤦🏻♂️

Have the same issue My seat won't go back after my wife put it forward. I swapped the connectors and it still will not go back only seem like the inside motor is working not the outside motor
It a temporary/first attempt in fixing the seats. Usually either the switch is bad or the motor is bad. Rather try this first to see if it works than to spend the 150+ on a motor and find out it didn't work.
Fantastic hack. Even though my clips were different just your pointing out they might need to be modified was crucial. 3 years later thanks for this.

Dam... might be a lock up motor buddy.. the controls will be opposite after switching switches
Where Exactly Did You Cut The Connectors Broski ?
Next to the plug in their a plastic about 1/8" sticking out

This didn't work at all. Still hear the motor click. Tried to use a hammer to tap. Still nothing. Any other idea?
If it's still clicks either
A) The control is Completely bad
-buy a replacement one on ebay they sell around 20 bucks
B) The seat motor is just bad
so you cant adjust the heighth of your seat anymore?
