    Love this video Erin! I know you've done a few of these on your channel but I would love to see a full day of eating. I tend to struggle with nutrition so it's always helpful to see what the pros are eating :)

    Erin I used the active calculator and got a bmr of 1532. I then did the goal weight x 12 & got 1680. There isn't a defisate. What did I do wrong?
