Clermont is looking pretty lovely, I must admit. It’s like one of those hidden gem areas of Florida that no one talks about unless they do their homework. It’s Definitely on my list from out of state. Thanks for the vid

My daughter lives there right off of 50. We are down in Miami. Love that part of the state. I was just up there and we ate downtown and the lake is beautiful.

Clermont is home to multiple pro and up in coming supercross/motocross racers. There's more pros from there than a group of states combined. Theres also multiple mx/sx training facilitys in and around Clermont. Two current multiple premier class champions own houses on Lake Minnehaha. They lived there last year full time and years past but own other houses. 3 very popular racers live on the lake with back to back houses and another a few houses down. The whole area is loaded with pro riders.

    Clermont has
Terrible traffic and when there no traffic there street racing going on . The schools are below average and you only move over there because you can’t afford Orlando.

Really? I had a friend move from North Carolina to Clermont in 2017. She paid $350K for her home and it is now worth over $780K.

@JjHernandez-dc6ul I live in Clermont in one of the communities feature in the video. I have been here for over 10 years without any regrets. The people are friendly and it's more suited for family and outdoor activities. I ❤️ IT

@@morrissimmons the schools are terrible street racing all over. Traffic like crazy! crime is bad. You only move to Clermont because you can’t afford Dr Phillips Hunter Creek Lake Nona Waterford lakes Windermere. Gotha. If you love driving over one hour to go to work Clermont is the spot for you sit in traffic and waste your time. Living off 27 with no pool is not Orlando living. You prolly can’t walk to a park or a walking trail with shade or walk to your child’s school. Clermont is middle of nowhere that’s why it’s so cheap to live there.

@JjHernandez-dc6ul You are funny. For your information, I could easily purchase a home in Windermere and Dr. Phillips as well as Lake Nona. Please try harder. 😆 🤣 😂

@@morrissimmons I highly doubt it. You either fall in two camps you bought your home over 5-10 years ago because you can’t afford Orlando. Or you bought in the last 4 years again because you can’t afford Orlando. I see so many homes on 27 with no yard cars park all over the streets no kids playing outside no parks for families to walk too. Extremely strange that many homes don’t have pools in Clermont why you might ask because you can’t afford them who lives in Florida with no pool lol. It’s ok if you like the middle of nowhere traffic then Clermont is perfect for you!
