    I fell down with my bandit (600 1998) 3 times nothing.. Just scratches that bike is a taaank. I love it, i would never sell it. It reminds me of a transformer, retro look but a lot of power. Cheers.

      My neighbour knocked my bike over & bent the break lever & a mechanic dropped it & smashed the clocks. Other than that, its fine. Thanks for watching

    My first year of riding was nearly 40 years ago, still the best decision I ever made getting my license. Bandits are great bikes, had a 600 and a 1200, even named my channel after them.

    • @EpicAdamMotovlogs
      @EpicAdamMotovlogs  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I will miss my bandit but if things improve next year, I'll like to do longer rides so want more comfort & wind protection. The Bandit is very comfortable & I can get the faired version but should try something else.

      @@EpicAdamMotovlogs My last 2006 Bandit the 1200S had the nose fairing that gave plenty of protection, toured well and super reliable.... just a bit heavy. I would definitely recommend a Tiger 800 or Tracer 900 great all round bikes to tour on

      5'2" female bikers. 600 bandit.
      Glenda is big and heavy. Really need a lighter bike. But the thought of ditching her is summat I can't get my head around.
      I luv her dammit.
      Financially she had nearly broken me we are at a tipping point at the mo but I reckon I'd just have her off-road and save to keep her running than save for summat else.
      Dog legs shortened, seat sculpted, deeper soled boots so we fit like a hand in glove and we have called a truce on me dropping her and her trying to kill me after 2 hard years including being backed into by a van.
      She is mine and I am hers lol

      @@juliab4714 I admire your determination to keep the Bandit on the road and keep riding. It's definitely more difficult at 5ft 2.
      Don't know if you watch a channel called Tins on Tour? Fay Tinsley has just got her first license and she's your height. Think she's gone for a Suzuki SV 650. Worth checking out. My wife also rides the quite compact Triumph Street Triple.
      I'm sure Adam will say the same, the Bandit is a great all round bike but its not the smallest or lightest machine. Good luck in keeping it on the road. Best wishes and take care.

    You will always love your first big bike as that's when you make the most exhilarating experiences. Your first hard acceleration is the most unbelievable feeling. The corner that you go into and it tightens and you think oh sh@t but somehow you make it round. You never do it again but that's all the experience gaining. My Bandit 600 was an absolute beast I loved it but probably like riding a shed compared to newer bikes. Never forget though as it all helps with the future riding experiences. Thing I learnt the fastest was look as far ahead as possible if a car brakes up there then the car in front will do so preempt it. Good luck mate and keep up the great videos. 😉

      @@EpicAdamMotovlogs Hi Adam I passed my motorcycle test back in 1980( that's showing my age) having a long break of not ridding. I decided to get back into the saddle. I brought a 1100 Honda Pan European. My wife that works in admin for the police had a colleague ex policemen that was a observer for DAM . He suggested that I should consider taking the advance course. To start with my reaction as is so many was NO I've been ridding for years don't need to do it. But it wasn't long after changing my Pan for a BMW K1300 I frightened myself a few times...So took up the offer of a free taster Ride with an observer. It was interesting to be followed and then not critasised but through observed points made to consider the way I rode . I followed it up by taking the course and can honestly say since passing my advanced test 2 years ago I get so much more outside from Ridding my now (BMWK1600GT) wife also pleased as she enjoys are Rideout with others in a group. One to leave you with IPSGA. Enjoy the ride today safely so you'll be able to ride tomorrow 😁👍
