Hi John! Just slide the mode button to the other side and you will switch between recording modes.

@@candypinky7298 okay I checked. They are compatible with a Mac. It should be fairly simple. Just create a new folder on your Mac and then drag and drop the recordings over to that new folder. Then delete the recordings from your device.

I followed the instructions to mount the device on my Mac to download recordings. I have always had problems with this in the past but usually was able to get it to work. I am now connected to the USB-in port and my Mac USB-C port. The charging lights are blinking, but the device refuses to mount so I cannot access my recordings. The USB-Out port works to charge my iPhone. The record button is definitely "off". I have tried resetting the device. I've also tried different USB cables.
When the device works, It is great. But this refusal to mount is frustrating.

Hi @John I'm currently having the same problem. I have very important recordings that I can't access on my device because it is not showing up or syncing to my computer (everything worked for 6 months ago...but not syncing now). Did you find a solution? Any help is very appreciated. Thanks.

@@PatGEck FWIW: I found the cable I used to connect to my device was the problem. What is really frustrating is that I have so many cables that look exactly alike and they keep getting mixed together. There is no way that I can recognize which one is the right one.
