Every great idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple enough; we witnessed specialized surveillance electronics - the so-called "recording gadgets" - start to become more easily available to the consumer - but, as expected, many of them were of low quality and bad make. As experts in electronics and technology, we couldn't let that be the case.
That's the why and how of the founding of aTTo digital. We are a company that, among the onslaught of cheaply made and ineffective gadgets, aims to provide the consumers with high quality, yet very affordable surveillance gear.

This is compatible with MacBooks, Windows, Linux computers and Android phones.We recommend using VLC player for playback but you can also use the preferred media player of your choice.

Does anyone know why when I plug my recorder device into my computer I can’t find it anywhere? I’ve tried plugging into 3 different computers and laptops but nothing pops up. Any answers or suggestions? Thanks

Tengo un gran problema con este recball, me lo compré hace 2 días y hoy lo empecé a probar, al principio no entendia mucho el manual de instrucciones porque decía algo de en la carpeta de "Record" que abriera un archivo de texto poniendo time.txt y después abrir ese archivo para poner la fecha y la hora para que este recball se configurara en fecha y hora actual. Me he liado como una mona con este manual de instrucciones que no hay quien las entienda. No hice mucho la verdad, primero hice una carpeta poniendo time.txt y después no entendía mucho de lo que tenía que hacer. Borré varias veces la carpeta que tenía que abrir que me ponia el manual de instrucciones, luego no sé que historias hice, total que yo decidí probar sonido, y la primera vez se me abrían los archivos de audio y tenia ahi 3 archivos de audio que se escuchaba a la perfección, pero luego yo decidí pasarlos al ordenador que es un MacOs y desde la bolita negra, desde la minigrabadora borrar los archivos de audio que tenía porque yo hago así. Pues después fui entendiendo luego las instrucciones, y después de hacerlo volví a "grabar" hacer una prueba de audio para ver si funcionaba, y cuando quería comprobarlo me encontré con la desagradable sorpresa de que al abrir lo del usb y voy a record y después a voice no encuentro ningún tipo de archivos de audio, con lo que me sorprende mucho. Y ahora no sé que hacer, porque ya la fastidié y no sé como recuperarlo. ¿Qué podría hacer con esto?¿me podéis ayudar porfa? Gracias.
I have one and there"s no way I can't access the main manu keeps asking me for password, I reset it and turns off but when I turn it back on asks me again for the password, does anyone have any suggestions?
I know the factory setting password is 0000 or you have to call the company if that doesn’t work

I followed the instructions to mount the device on my Mac to download recordings. I have always had problems with this in the past but usually was able to get it to work. I am now connected to the USB-in port and my Mac USB-C port. The charging lights are blinking, but the device refuses to mount so I cannot access my recordings. The USB-Out port works to charge my iPhone. The record button is definitely "off". I have tried resetting the device. I've also tried different USB cables. When the device works, It is great. But this refusal to mount is frustrating.

@@candypinky7298 okay I checked. They are compatible with a Mac. It should be fairly simple. Just create a new folder on your Mac and then drag and drop the recordings over to that new folder. Then delete the recordings from your device.

Hi. My aTTo Digital Voice Recorder is never connected to a PC or Mac at all. It's like the computer does not recognize the device at all. I bought it a few months ago from Amazon and never used or damaged it. Could you help commenting how to fix it?
