It really depends on what you are looking for. I've seen things way more and less, but feel $450 should get you something pretty nice if you look around in any of those areas. Why did you choose those places? When I came I had debated between Bangkok and Pattaya.Thanks for watching!
@@FlatlinerInk Because tons of TH-camrs say Jomtien & Hua Hin are a little quieter but still have night life, I want to be very close to a beach, don't want to live in BKK, don't drink (I go out though), work from a laptop, & I want to be some place convenient to temples & Islands f/ day trips
The fact that you have a Boston Terrier, makes you awesome in my book!👍 Once you choose a Condo, is finalizing the process & other business affairs for that matter fairly straightforward and simple, i.e. Pay, Sign, Keys, or are they doing credit checks and a bunch of other paperwork? Also, given your experience, how would you rate the various neighbor's that you've had in all the places, e.g., quiet, respectful, mind their own business, etc? Really enjoy the variety of content👌, Thank You!
Sorry for the late response, just seeing now. It’s extremely easy to get a condo here and there’s no credit checks… you can find a place and move in the same day here. All my neighbors have been extremely friendly and more than helpful welcoming me or they keep to themselves, never had any problems with noisy neighbors other than one night there was an argument between a couple but that is going to happen anywhere from time to time. I lived in that neighborhood for the last 9 months. You don't get traffic just passing through, so noise from motorbikes was extremely minimal.

Yes the floors are so nice and was the biggest selling point, but also everything else as well! So far I'm loving this place and all the space!
