Just finished this tutorial. Amazing! Thank you so much. Still dificult to understand the construction technique, at least for drawing details, but this video made me to start understanding it. Thanks again!
Hi! Thanks so much for the tutorial. I've been on and off with subdiv workflow for years but I think it's time to give it a shot cause having this merged modeling option to combine Classic with Subdiv really pushes the limits of what one can achieve. Is that a custom shelf that you are using or is there an option to activate that? I'd love to have the exact same shelf it seems so useful. Thanks!
Really useful tutorial thanks, a lot of great tips I can take to my stuff. but if you don't mind me saying. I'd reposition your mic away from you keyboard and mouse or get a Les mechanical keyboard when recording because it was fairly annoying after a while. But thanks again 🤙🏻
@@pupiniastewart1957 ahaha yeh i can definitely see that. I have a weird thing tho where once I hear something that stands out I can only hear that sound, so have to replay the same part over and over to make sure I hear everything being said. Kind of like ADHD for noise aha
Thankyou so much sir for this informative experience. Your video is really a great source to learn and understand alias subd in a very simplistic manner. Is it possible for you to share your preference set so that in the coming videos it'll be more easier to follow your steps?
I have never used Fusion 360 so I don't know what it is capable of. The benefits of using Alias is that most car companies use it. Blender is a fairly new tool and it's just now becoming used in car design.
I hope you don't mind me answering this sir. Blender is a polygon modelling software used to get a phase 1 modelling ideation. For a super precision in surface modelling alias is the best. It gives you the exact quality as a manufactured unit. And in alias you can check for the continuity also, but not in blender.
@@rohit.s_27 In this instance Alias is being used to do SUBD. SUBD is short for subdivion which is one feature of the polygon workflow. Blender has many many other such tools too which makes it the far superior tool for this job. Once youve created the model in Blender you can then bring it back to Alias and surface A-Class.
bro saved my day this is much clearer than what our teacher is teaching. respect!
watched a bunch of alias tutorials but this one is very much helpful.

I will. Thank you for the feedback
@@subdguy9594 will be waiting to hear from you. Thank you sir.
35:29 how did you perfectly align the cv to it's original place? Please tell me because I always screwed up in that...
Thank you so much for doing this !! :)
Very nice woork
how did you move the CV's to the center on 4:28? I tried here also with snap on but no way I could do it 😅
Sir can you guide me that how your Cv look so huge, which is actually ease to locate, can you tell me the setting?
Hi Andrew,
Can you please share the sketches used for modeling in the google drive?
Good video.
Can you be a little more fast so that it becomes completely impossible to understand.
Thank you
Hi Andrew,
Can you send the sketch to me for modeling & training?
thank you.
whats the difference between Modeling in Fusion 360 and Alias??
is it easy in Autodesk Alias?
also why not blender subd?
