    Cons:
Maintenance Woes: Suspension issues, tire blowouts, and even finicky door handles. Prepare for potential repair bills.

    Overall:
If you crave performance, range, and the unique Tesla experience, the Model S Long Range might be your dream car. But be prepared for potential maintenance costs and the luxury car lifestyle. This review is your honest guide to help you decide.
    Takeaways:
The Tesla Model S has a unique yoke steering wheel design, but the speaker found it difficult to maneuver and opted to upgrade to a traditional wheel.
The interior of the Model S has held up well, with minimal issues and a focus on software features and user interface.
The exterior of the car has been wrapped in a vibrant red color, which has garnered attention and positive reactions.
The speaker has experienced some maintenance and repair issues with the car, including door handle and autopilot camera replacements, as well as air suspension problems.
The Model S offers a long range and comfortable driving experience, but parking can be challenging due to its size.

Been driving the MS LR now for more than 6 months , no issues pretty much drives like a dream and fast af. Just scared as to how much tire wear will happen but until now it all looks good .. this car is a beast and it’s very good long roadtrips

The reason why your tire may have exploded is because of the tire camber. Model S, especially in low height and a larger wheel that has less tire sidewall tend to have interior wear. Keep an eye on it. They tend to wear around every 4k to 6k miles.

How did you paint the calipers? It annoys me so much that Tesla doesn’t put the red calipers on the Model S LR. Had mine since October and it’s kinda crazy to have the custom ultra red with arachnid wheels made and have to look at model Ys with red calipers lol 😂 I’m always like, “cmon Tesla what were you thinking??”. I love the car overall though, especially for the range. Haven’t had any issues except my daughter got her seat belt stuck in the back. Tesla sent a tech to fix without me needing to even leave my living room which was cool. And, I agree the width of the car took some getting used to park.

I agree with you! The red break calipers look great with the model s. Glad you're not having any issues and are enjoying the car! Regarding the calipers, I found a local car shop that paints calipers. They removed the wheels painted the calipers red and applied the tesla sticker on it. It cost me about $400 and only took 8 hours because they needed to let the paint dry. Hope this helps! Thank you for commenting and please subscribe to the channel. Have a great day my friend! :)

Funny you mention insurance - I pay more on my Model S 100D than I do for my F250, Kawasaki Ninja ZX10 and 23" RV combined.

Yeah! It’s crazy how much insurance cost for a Model S. It’s wild!

Yo!!!!! I was paying $212 a month with State Farm!! I simply switched to Tesla insurance & I’m down to $67 from $127 because I’ve been driving extremely safe! I expect it to go up during the summer when I drive more (and let it rip some) but, it was the best move I ever made!

    • @AngeloCarlos
      @AngeloCarlos  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Woah!!! That’s such a good deal for $67! I’ll definitely apply for Tesla insurance. Thanks for the amazing advice. Insurance is so pricey for the Model S!

i heard it’s because tesla batteries are on the right side and apply too much pressure to the tires. the tow people saw this happened to all the teslas they towed.

I wouldn't ever buy any electric vehicle,no matter how cool and awesome it looks on the inside and out.
Too many problems, too many issues, too many what-ifs,and maintenance expenses.
What if there's an accident and you don't have the Hammerdex model that's designed to break the laminated glass, compared to other standard models?😮
And in any weather? Really? 😧.
    What happens if you're driving in not necessarily in sub-zero temperatures,but cold enough,and it's wet,cold,and windy?😮.
And/or it's snowing, and you get stranded. And IT shuts down??!
    No matter what you do,it won't start,and it's dead......
It will not start. You're absolutely stuck with having it,by imthr EV's lack of depth of its battery 🔋 capacity charge and its strength of tolerance of ordinary harsh weather....
THEN what? Without the Hammerdex, you can't get out.
The seat belt is stuck, and without it on you ; like having it right ON you, you're stuck.
If you have a cell phone, you could call for help, but it'd take a while. AND it wouldn't be cheap.
And then........ there's the possibility of having an auto accident.
There's the possibility of Murphy's Law.
What CAN go wrong,WILL definitely go wrong.
Be prepared for dealing with any and all expenses with possessing any Tesla model.
    AND with a tow truck.
AND with the repair bill costing hundreds to thousands of dollars.
    AND there are the repairs.......
    WHAT *DO* you *DO?*
When you cannot easily afford getting it fixed?
AND you *DON'T* have another vehicle that's not a EV?
You had stupidly sold it,and had been misled into thinking that it'd be a WAY better vehicle than any conventional vehicle, ri-i-i-ight?
No,thanks. I'd stick with a normal vehicle, thank you very much.

Hahahahah. Oh man. I can see why you wouldn’t own an electric car BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THEN. You aren’t even close to any you said haha.
