In this video, I am sharing with you guys what I eat in a day to lose fat and gain muscle. I am currently on a 8-week transformation program for fat loss and I've had to completely change the way I eat. The meals in this video are simple high protein and healthy meals that keep you satisfied! Please note I am not a nutritionist, I am only giving a small insight into what I am currently eating which has been pt approved :)
