So I am back again with another 'What I Eat in a Day" video. This was filmed a while back when I was still in the early days of the 8-week transformation program. The meals and the workout in the video became my bread and butter for the weight I have lost these last few months. As always, the meals in this video are simple, high protein and low calorie!
Please note I am not a nutritionist, I am only giving a small insight into what I am currently eating which has been pt PT-approved :)

Sorry but 400 calories is too small portion for a grown woman. Ur first meal should be 500/600, second meal 800/900, fruit/ dessert 200/300. No snacking
Hi @elba6811 - So all the meal I eat are approved by my PT and a nutritionist 🥰 . For what I wanted to achieve in 12 weeks, this was fine for me. At first it was difficult but I've learnt how to volume eat, so adding more veggies in my meals to keep me fuller and satisfied for longer periods of time. Oh and I do snack, don't think I could survive without my egg mayo 😅
