Hey Maddie Ive noticed that you often include watermelon in your what you eat in a day videos! I love watermelon and my dad taught me how to make sure it's the best one every time and i'd like to share it with you :) You want to make sure the dot/hole on both sides of the melon is tiny, and that if the melon has a spot its a cream/yellowish colour and not white. The heavier the melon is the better, and give it a flick or thump with your hand while having the watermelon beside your ear and if its a good one it should sound pretty hollow and have an eco like sound :) (P.s you might have already known this all but I just think every watermelon lover should know this little hack :P)

I used to have issues with food and an eating disorder...It makes me feel really good when you can be light hearted and be realistic about bloating and food babies, it really helps me to put in perspective that our bodies are not the same through out the day. It is something I still struggle with...excepting that our stomachs naturally expand when we eat food ahhah

Those wraps looked so good. For how long and what temp did you bake the cauliflower? I always feel if I don't steam cauliflower a bit before I bake it, it stays very hard or burns if I leave it in too long. I discovered a hot mango sauce from Wilkin & Sons and I glaze the cauliflower with it before I bake it - heavenly. If you can find that sauce or something similar you should try it. It's amazing!!!! The sauce is vegan - very little ingredients but sooooo good, also use it for tofu.
I baked these at 400 for about half an hour(ish?) Soudns good!

My siam cat once needed a surgery because he swallowed a piece of it and nearly died because of that...

An old timer I used to work with told me a trick to getting a great watermelon every time. Get a piece of hay from one of those brooms or whatever and put it on the watermelon. If it starts moving around like a needle on a compass then it's good.

Watermelon digests very quickly as it's high in water! Cooked foods like starches, digest much slower. So eating something quick digesting on top of something that is slow digesting can cause gas/bloating as the fruit or raw food tends to ferment on top of the cooked foods in your stomach!

Chilli spice :) Nope! I don't use oil when I cook!
Go hike Hilton Falls if you haven't already! It's part of the Halton Parks Conservation Areas! It's close the Rattlesnake. My boyfriend and I camped at Rattlesnake last summer and did a bunch of hikes and Hilton Falls was my favourite!
I've been to Hilton many times before! Me and my friends always hike there :) Beautiful place!
