I like fresh salad dressings. I mixed a large handful of frozen mango with 6 mini bell peppers red, yellow and orange ( de-seeded) in a blender with a little water when I was low on time this week. it was very good although next time I would add some walnuts or nuts of any kind really to thicken it.

A time saving tip is if the dressing does not need to be blended...just add the ingredients into the jar you'll store the dressing in and shake in that jar. Less washing up

Last night I made a salad and wanted a new dressing and ended up making one really similar to the creamy balsamic. lol I used nuttzo butter, dijon mustard, balsamic and a teeny worchestershire. I think I might try making your version for one of the other salads I have this week. :)

I usually just use a bit of olive with a pinch of salt and pepper and sometimes garlic powder and chili flakes, its not the healthiest because of the oil but a tiny bit goes a long way so i don't feel too bad eating it. I dont really like creamy dressings but the creamy balsamic looks delicious.

Sometimes I use roasted garlic in place of raw. I will often times use dates or rasins as my sweetener. Soaking cashews 2-4 hours makes a creamier dressing. Soaking, blending and fermenting nuts or seeds to make a nut or seed " yogurts" makes a good base for dressing and to add to shakes/ smoothies. You can find out how to make them if you watch Lou Coronas TH-cam videos. Look for almond coconut yogurt. I don't always add the young coconut meat and water that his main recipe calls for. It's yummy tho. I keep it basic: nuts or seeds, water, probiotic, blend, ferment.
