I can tell you’re more focused on being vegan than on controlling calories. I just had to do calculus to figure out the cashew cream serving size on one dressed salad. I appreciate this video and what you’re doing but please remember a lot of folks eat meat and just want low calorie documentation for dressings. Very well done and god bless!
If all of these dressings contain nuts, they are not oil/fat free. I'm disappointed, as I was hoping for something without any oils or fats 😢 Also, maple syrup is 66.9 percent sugar!

5 to 7 days. So it’s a great thing to prep at the top of the week, and then you can use it as you need throughout the week.
