PS4 Controller Won't Connect & Flashing White Light (Best Tutorial)

I've watched many many tutorials on TH-cam and this is the only one that ended up working. The last step really did it.

For whoever is still having issues even after trying all the above steps and not being able to connect. I fixed the problem by installing the app PS Remote Play and I was able to login into my console and go into settings to forget the old controller devices then link them back. This is in case you are unable to connect any of your controllers! Hope it helps! 💜

So jus did this not to be funny but dead serious . Use a controller before tryna pair it 1. Go to system 2. Devices 3.Bluetooth 4. Hold the share button first on the new controller and slightly after that hold to power button to pair it Via~Bluetooth 5. Select the one u see pop up and it should be ready to rename n use

Same as another commenter, the last option, which was deleting the Bluetooth devices… Totally fixed everything.

I've tried all of these steps several times, except the last one. Cause i only got 1 controller. Is there any other way to enter the ps4 system? I've tried connect my computer USB mouse to the PS4 but it doesn't seems to work either. The controller's bluetooth seems to work cause my PC and my phone finds it when i turn on sync mode on controller. ^_^
