    I haven't worked out in a while had to break this video into halves but the burn is real and I love it. Also love the beginner series.

    Yeah, tried this just now, glad I persevered to the end, not easy and I worry about my form but I paused on some a bit longer and took your advice to use lighter weights or drop them. Thank you
