Yes! I'm with you, Shiki! Having to apologize all the time to your loved ones is more difficult in the
long run! Be PROUD of yourself for caring so much about YOUR OWN ANGER and caring about
YOUR LOVED ONES as well!! This IS a Step in the Right Direction. Always remember that you are
a "work in progress", just like everybody else in this often chaotic world !! I KNOW this video speaks
the truth!! Thank you for your honest comment, it really resonated with me! ❤ G.Reiss

Idk why I can control my anger with my friends, but I lose my temper easily during an argument with my family, and whenever that happen I just keep talking loudly with teary eyes, and in situations like these I feel like became sensitive and overreact to little things, and when I calm down I realise that I was angry for nothing. I rlly hate that about myself.
I liked the quote at the end❤️

I fairly recently learned that one's emotions can be controlled with meditation. It gives you clarity, focus, and confidence.
Anger is like fire. It rages on and hurts whoever is close to it, leaving irreparable damage in its wake. Meditation is the water that can douse the flame and give you your life back.
Meditation has helped me so much, I I went so far as to make this TH-cam channel about it.
The guy in this video is right. Words can't be taken back, so stop and think. Good video, my friend.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I get mad and overreact about things a lot. I genuinely feel like ripping someone’s throat out when I get mad. I’m mad right now and I have no reason to be. I get mad when I’m stuck in the same position and I get mad when someone doesn’t move or something isn’t active. Everything pisses me off and the worst part is when I get mad I cry :/
My mom doesn’t know and she is really old fashioned so she won’t understand.
People think that when I say stuff like this I’m just overreacting but it’s actually draining when you get mad all the goddam time. I feel like murdering someone and it’s not an exaggeration. I genuinely do.

    1. Think before you speak (" everything s gonna be ok")
    2. Look for the consequences (does this deserve this reaction? )
    3. Communicate with the other person (no grudges)
    4. Take a short break from the emotion, walk, nap, ...
    5. Look from other perspectives (what was the others agenda?)
    6. Why are you getting angry? Analyse and identify the triggers
    7. Talk to a friend or professional help
    8. Slow, controlled breaths to bring your body back to calm

My anger issues have absolutely destroyed my life. No matter how hard I try, I can‘t control it. I've had fights with my family, friends, relatives. I just can't control it, I have to let it out somehow. When I'm alone in my room or just in a private place and get mad for absolutely no reason I just hit something… no natter how hard I try to breathe in and breathe out, or move to another room, I still have to do something about the subject that made me angry. Do you think I need therapy or anything like that? I'm scared that I will abuse my future kids… I cannot even say sorry to someone without having to struggle. I have ruined many friendships because of this. I seriously need a different kind of help, I can't calm down in any way possible in this video.

I am the only one that sees in this video fottages that only man are yelling and angry and frustrated. That the women coming to hug and seems like they are calming the other person. Its like in our nature to have problems to control our anger. Whoever watch this male or female we can do this, we can beat this ego, we can control the anger. Anger is weakness, calm person is something to admire. Tnx for the video

Honestly it's so hard and unexpected. Specially when you have paid hundreds of dollars for a anger management counselor. People try to attack you or make you feel weak when really you're a sweetheart. But everyone gets mad at you also if you stand up for yourself. Silent, good hearted people are deadly when they are provoked. That's not fair! So therefore you still have to control yourself and become the bigger person in the chaos! 🗣️ WE CAN DO IT!!! 💖🤞🏾🙏🏾

The problem is that all these solutions require rational thinking.
    And anger kills rationality.
If I was able to do this I wouldn't need this video

Idk if this will works because, every time I’m angry, I can’t control my hitting, I yell/scream/raise my voice, I even cuss my friends and my younger sister out. But I do enjoy this I guess.

Anger has ruined way too many relationships. I have no daughter, brother, and a friend. I miss them all. Wish there was a way to stop it. Meds don't help it,but it has gotten worse over time. Psycho has had me on meds for 20+ years, and it has only gotten worse, which, there answer is more meds I am stopping those meds. The with draw last months. Meds really mess with your head. For 4 months, my head felt like i was on an elevator all the time. Now I'm off the anti depression meds and I'm not lazy, I don't feel like I'm in a fog. I dont feel like a bump on a log. I just hope this temper will settle down and my mouth sown shut.

    "first: think before you speak?"
isn't it the dumbest thing ever? how many times you've heard that your grandma say that to you since you were 2? just about anything and not just about anger? naturally do you always "not think before you speak" for this golden tip to work? like i needed somebody to tell me that.

Sometimes, I get angry and lose control. The people around me see that and start to dislike me so I’m gonna start trying to take hold of it. Usually what makes me angry is when someone makes a remark or strong opinion of politics, someone I dislike, me, and other personal things. I hope that everyone who watched this video can find peace in their life and a way to keep calm.

Sir it was helpful. I say mean things while I am angry. Specially to my family but the most important thing I want to say is that I can't control my body in anger.. can't control my tongue . When I get angry I can't control my body and tongue for 8 to 10 minutes.

Honestly i dont know if controlling my anger is even gonna work, i always tell my family that type of behavior bothers me but they keep on doing that again and again at first I thought i was the problem and i shouldn’t be as sensitive .but the it became a thing to annoy me honestly, for example im really sensitive to smell and i cant handle strong perfumes or cigarette smoke or just in general but every single time my brother makes sure to put perfume on himself next to me and it has a really strong smell or my dad smokes right in front of me ,i have tried talking to them and they just say okay but keep on doing that all again….i really need advice on how to deal with this and how can i control myself.(i get headaches and nauseous when i smell those and that makes me mad)

  • @blizzardgg7619
    @blizzardgg7619 ปีที่แล้ว

Pretty much every time I get mad, I get mad at the fact that I got initially mad. I usually get angry; afterwards think about it for a while then the next time I get mad, I don’t even apply what I was thinking about, even if the next time I feel it is only a few minutes after. Another absolutely terrible thing I get with it is the other things that just appear in my mind after “being even more mad about being mad” which is usually things about being bad at certain hobbies etc and along with that horrible feeling I even cry. Somtimes, the anger comes so quickly that I don’t even get time to prevent it, it just comes to quickly.

I couldn't care less whether someone drops coffee on my new shirt. I explode when I hear things like "I don't care for the environment", "climate change is just a hoax" or "scientists are all on a payroll following an agenda". It's in those moments that I'm really losing it, and I don't care to whom I am talking to. It's like a switch flips in my brain.

When I get angry its hard to slow down, breathe, all that. I just can't do it. So I am deciding to just take everything more laid back so I don't get to that point of anger, cause once I am pissed off I can't just take time and take a few deep breaths

Thank you so much for closing this video. I did so very mean today at school so I’m in a friend group and one of the kid and you don’t want I wanted the kids to play some of her not a kid because the kid that got replaced he was appropriate and he was annoying and doesn’t listen And someone to run back into the group when I was playing homesick. He was calling me dog water. Thank you for going in the next song and when it’s all over he calls me dog and I am walking on calm dog one and I am my English is very high , and when I saw the car like a loser, not look at Pam’s but now I found this video. I’m gonna apologize and guess what? I’m also out of a group home alone. See if you can’t get back in.

I’m here because I do angry issues. It can affect strangers but that will take some effort in doing so. The ones that it really effects are people I know the closest to me. I do it because I’m comfortable with those closest to me. This needs to stop as it’s effecting my health and people I love the most. 😢

When my kids will not help when my kids are fighting each other and just overall being disobedient I guess you could say when my kids are being kids I’ll take the Pepsi challenge over Joe blow dad any day of the week but when it comes to myself I tend to get frustrated with my kids and I know it has a lot to do with everybody being stuck on top of each other through the pandemic and then all this bullshit with them being in and out of school it’s just been stressful and it’s weighing on my relationship with my wife the kids are putting a wedge between us because their disobedience and unwillingness to participate as a team and as a family in to discontinue fighting with one another is hindering the growth of our family because when they do these things I lose my temper so I have to address my temper before I can address the children’s

What really makes me angry is someone not listening to my advice when I feel like I know better than they do another thing that has always made me angry, is feeling like someone is deliberately ignoring me those are my two biggest triggers
