Even then the Dutch government is scaling down the agro industries.The Chinese has many countries to source for food. Just recently China cancelled 1 million tonnes of wheat from the US and bought wheat from Russia and Brazil. This system has several weakness
1. Radar can be jammed or confused with EW suite
2. Can be overwhelmed with two missiles approaching at different angles
3. An EMP blast would render it useless
4. This limitation is obvious & mentioned in its stated goal - cannot defend against hypersonic weapons.
