- We love anything with great views. Most of the time that's through hiking and drone footage of, course! But one of our favorite things to do anywhere, including here on Oahu, Hawaii, is to drive around, pull over, check out awesome lookout, and take in the scenic views. For those of you who may not be able to hike or for those of you who just like to drive, we compiled our top 5 favorite drives and views on the island. We hope you get to enjoy them someday!

Yes that place by the blowhole is so amazing!! And the place a few miles down too, makapuu look out is breathtaking!

This is when I wish you were YouTubing before I had gone to Oahu covering the Badgers! Maybe someday again...just...bonkers.
That's always the problem, right? Finding enough time to stop at all of the beautiful lookouts without having to feel like you're in a hurry.

so if you drew a straight line from Waikiki to the top of that lookout it appears to be about 3 miles or so from the beach?? Beautiful my gosh
Can you really see the lighthouse from the Makapu’u lookout? From what I have read, and what I see on Google Earth,
I don’t think you can.
We visit next week and can’t wait! We’re staying in Ko’Olina. Have y’all spend any time on the west side?

Is it possible to do Hoomaluhia Botanical Gardens and 1 of the lookouts you mentioned in the same day?
definitely! the Pali hwy lookout is on the way to Kaneohe and is spectacular :)
@@LisaAndJosh Thank you, I only have a full day to visit Oahu and I've heard about the H-3 freeway being a spectacular drive. However, I know that I can't see everything in a day, and it's been challenging to choose!
