Since we were traveling in covid time, 90% of the places we wanted to visit were closed, so we rent a car and just drove places. We've been to NYC, NJ, Utah, Arizona, Georgia, Kentucky, Navada, Cali and Florida. All in nature. Best trip I've ever had.

We do have beautiful National parks and scenery, but our country is huge so it would take months of traveling to visit them all. We also, (like most places) have a lot of stupid, ignorant people that care nothing about the environment and have no problems throwing trash around, etc.
Remarkable footage of our magnificent country, Ryan, and good narration, too. You have a youthful, friendly, voice. So glad you and your wife could make these trips. May the Lord be your best destination; He's so available!

The U.S. has some amazing places. I love the variety of them, from the coast to the mountains and everything in between. Travelling is one of my favourite leisure activities and I would definetly add a couple of these places to my bucket list!
@@brianlazo3839 I grew up in NorCo just outside of RMNP. Lived 25 years in Washington, spent considerable time in Montana and Idaho. WA State is the gem of all the aforementioned. There is no more beautiful state than WA. However, the people and politics have ruined it over the years. Now if you really want to put the crown on something...British Columbia tops all including Alaska.
Yeah, well it's really hard to generalize America because the country is so insanely large. Like where I live, I am no where near any of the 25 places mentioned here. I could drive all day and still not get to any of them. So, while there are pretty places on this continent, many of us who live here never even experience them ourselves
@@Simon-tc1mc I’m honestly lucky to live on the Eastern seaboard as a lot of these places are super close like NYC. I couldn’t imagine going somewhere like Hawaii as it’s maad far and pricy.
Saving this for the future. The US is so hard to grasp from a tourist point of view - there are just so many things to do! Now I can pick some favorites from this video and make the grasping easier. There were great recommendations in this video! Thanks!
Yeah that’s good to hear so tell me where would you like to visit in the state how are you doing today my friend hope you’re good and the family how’s the pandemic over there and the weather!!!
Definitely recommend visiting oregon in your lifetime. Crater lake is stunning, as well as the redwoods further south and the oregon coastline with its steep sand dunes and beaches lined with enormous rocks and driftwood. I found it crazy how the climate drastically changes from the somewhat short hop over to the coastline from the mountains
That was Absolutely fantastic, amazing, stunning and beautiful 10/10. Been to America twice and can't wait to go again, thanks for sharing and greetings from Australia. ✌👍
Been to 18 countries & 41 states.. every US state has beautiful and unique scenery -probably due to the size of the US. For example, the Flint Hills in Kansas are so underrated- reminds of Tuscany region w/o the vineyards- with perfect looking, rolling, cloud-like hills, vastness and a true tall-grass prairie. Makes you feel like you left the modern world. Or Scotts Bluff in Nebraska with the towering limestone bluffs.
@@RyanShirley It's not a place that is instantly jaw-dropping like zion, crater lake, lofoten islands, and other national parks in the US and around the world, but it is very-for lack of a better term- mythical & calming. That's what I appreciate about the US- the vastness. It makes you feel insignificant.
@@jaron9978 I've only been a few times, but I agree. Going thru the plains makes you feel small. Places like monument valley or the Grand Canyon don't make you feel quite as insignificant as the plains/hills in some areas of midwest. It also is a very unique ecosystem- the tall grass prairie.
Thank you for the kind words about my country! It means a lot after this past year! Sending love and respect from the USA to you and all of northern Africa
The USA is a very beautiful country with amazing nature, which is very similar to the nature in Russia, especially the mountains, rivers and lakes. Greetings from Russia 🇷🇺🇺🇸
I've linked some of my foreign friends (Egypt and UK) this high quality video. I was getting the sense that they don't quite understand the scale of the US, my buddy indicated seeing Vegas and New York in the same weekend! Had to set him straight, lol. I mean, if Alaska alone were a country, it would be 17th largest in the world.
This was a great list. I'm an America, but some of these places I'd never heard of. For me, New Orleans is one of the top destinations in America because of how unique and vibrant its culture is and it's deep history.
I live in biloxi so been there to many times to count the French quarter is the best place to go get there early and go to Cafe Dumont it's good then you can explore huge graveyard museums and aquarium and finish it off at the river walk basically a mall on the water and they have old mississippi steam boats that leave out of there to go up river
I’m American, and would consider myself pretty well-traveled domestically, having visited so many amazing places. Unpopular opinion which goes against yours, but I absolutely despised New Orleans 😅
This is the absolute best video I've found that really does justice to the diverse landscapes and beauty of the US. Beautiful shots and I love hearing the history as well. It really helps me get a sense of what visiting these places is like. Thank you for sharing!

After watching your video, I travelled through America for seven months and visited almost all the places! (Im german) It was the best time of my life, I have to thank you so much
USA is the most beautiful country on earth. I have family from Michigan to the southwest. My family has been here since before it became the United States of America 🇺🇸
@@emik1036I’m not even a patriotic guy, and prefer traveling abroad than domestically, but even I readily acknowledge that there really isn’t any other country (except for arguably one or _maybe_ two) that matches the natural beauty of the U.S. in terms of the quantity or variety. I mean, what else do you expect from a continent-wide country that also has chunks of northern (Alaska) and tropical (Hawaii) climate zones included?
Planet Utah really is amazing! Everyone that's been says that but still, when you travel through the state in person... you just have to experience it to know! Bottom line: Go to Utah! It's one of the WORLD'S best destinations in my opinion.
Yes! I have lived in utah my whole life, and just grateful to get to witness its beary everyday. Although I don't get to southern utah all that much, usually spend more time in the mountains.
Okay well first off you need to visit Michigan. I already knew you hadn’t when you said Lake Tahoe was your favorite lake in the US. Michigan is literally covered in crystal clear lakes and so troubled by freshwater oceans. Great hikes and beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan or beautiful leaves in the fall. Definitely travel to Michigan’s upper peninsula at some point in your life. Also another place you can see the northern lights without having to go all the way to Alaska lol
I 100% agree. I've been to some beautiful places in the world...but its The Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore of Lake Superior that has been the only place that brought me to tears when I saw it. Maybe it was the vastness of Lake Superior...I can't explain it but it is special.
@@tracykibler5243 I grew up in Marquette on Lake Superior so maybe I’m just being biased. But Lake Superior is something special. I’ve brought people up there that were from the outer banks of NC. And they had no idea the Great Lakes were like that
Places to see in Michigan... Silver Lake and Sleeping Bear dunes or just about anything along the west coast of the state is beautiful. The upper peninsula has so many places to see there are too many to list like Coppe Harbor and Estivant Pines. Not surprising, because you obviously have a bias. I’m not even patriotic, I even enjoy traveling abroad over traveling within the U.S., but even I have to say that the U.S. offers so much more quantity and breadth of natural beauty than does France.
I've been to California, Virginia, New Mexico, Florida, Oregon, and Washington. I've also lived in Reno, Nevada for 2 years with my dad but now I live on Oahu again with my mom and sister.
Good work, Ryan. Have been to most on your list and I agree with all you’ve included here. For anyone considering a Pacific Northwest visit I strongly encourage a trip to Mount Rainier National Park. It is one of my favorite places on the planet because the hiking trails literally flank the snow covered volcano with stunning views everywhere you turn. You can see the entire Cascade volcanic range (St. Helens, Mt. Adams, Mt. Hood etc) on many of the day hikes from Paradise Inn. Finish the day with a nice dinner at the lodge and listen to a Park Ranger presentation by the fireplace in the lodge after dinner. Then, do it again in a different trail the next day. Amazing.
I always wanted to travel out of the United States I've never been Before what does it feel like to go somewhere I've never Onced been before that would be an Experience of A Lifetime

Wow, the way nature is beautifully crafted by God is truly remarkable
Been to 18 countries & 41 states.. every US state has beautiful and unique scenery -probably due to the size of the US. For example, the Flint Hills in Kansas are so underrated- reminds of Tuscany region w/o the vineyards- with perfect looking, rolling, cloud-like hills, vastness and a true tall-grass prairie. Makes you feel like you left the modern world. Or Scotts Bluff in Nebraska with the towering limestone bluffs.
I really want to check out the flint hills now

I mean, if Alaska alone were a country, it would be 17th largest in the world.
This was a great list. I'm an America, but some of these places I'd never heard of. For me, New Orleans is one of the top destinations in America because of how unique and vibrant its culture is and it's deep history.
I've never been, but I've heard both sides of that coin.

Amazing.

Those are some places that I've visited over past 6 years, mostly by driving all alone.
Still a lot more places to explore in this country such as Samoa, Virgin Island, and more. I am happy that I live in such a beautiful country with endless adventures.
Amazing list!
Sedona!
Niagara is such as cool place. Went there twice when I lived in Pittsburgh. The jet boat tour was incredible as well as the Mist boat.
That's a great list and a lot of places to check out! I have been to Sedona in AZ and one of my favorite spots in the Southwest
I’m from Switzerland and very proud of my country, but the sheer size and diversity of the USA fascinates me so much.
I’m planning a road trip from Quebec to Chicago, do you have any suggestion as where to stop?
I'm jealous youre from Switzerland! Can we switch places? lol, ah I really don't know many places in Quebec or that part of the Chicago.
Can we switch i love Switzerland, been to Geneva & i love the place❤️
boi you'll love it much better here in the U.S I'm telling you
NIagra falls, Frankfurt, MI, Silver Lake State park
I'm a bit late, but I live near Chgicago and Michiagan Avenue is the BEST place to shop because of the amount of stores you can visit. Enjoy your trip!
just love this richard
Born in and currently live in Pa. Lots to see here.
I lived in Hawaii bout three years, Pearl Harbor and then Waikiki, traveled to the big iland for a long weekend. Then on to San Diego, California for three years. Visited and camped in the Banzi Borega Badlands, the Redwoods, drove the coastal highway on way to Bremerton Washington where I lived for eight months. Then back to San Diego. Also lived in North Chicago for 16 months and toured the Lake Michigan west coast to Milwaukee. Also spent several months in the Norfolk, Va. Area. Visited 37 of the 50 states.
The USA surely is a diverse and beautiful country.
Charleston, SC is one of our favorites! Great video with lots of beautiful footage!
I should have included Charleston! Such a wonderful place!
Charleston is such a nice 👍 place
