You're better off not including activities than lying- if people find out, there will be dire consequences. Just be honest. That being said, lots of things count as activities- volunteer work, a job (full-time or part-time), responsibilities at home... chances are, you've done at least one important thing outside of school.

A personal question: if I was both in the debate club and attended a debate summer camp, is it necessary to separate those two activities while filling in the common app list, or just blend them into one activity?
I didn't bother ordering my activities for my top ea application, hope that doesn't bite me. I put all the school stuff up front (4 clubs I am president / captain of and a student gov position), listed my internship, listed a philanthropic seat I held, recurring speaking engagement, and then company I co founded / ran. The hours I put in might raise some eyebrows but by far the largest time consumer was the company (start/scaling without outside investment). My rational behind this was that I have mediocre grades (A's and B's) and I think I can excuse this with the excessive commitments I had outside of school. Since I didn't order them, I hope they don't assume the business wasn't hard or as important as the other things. Overall, I think I made a lot of the mistakes you made (not ordering, poor formatting, listing a lot of hours). Crossing my fingers for a nice admissions officer.
Question, in 10th grade I made my school's varsity girls lacrosse team, but about two months into the season I got injured and wasn't able to play towards the very end. I still went to all the practices and competitions and was also part of lacrosse club (basically more practice) in 10th/11th grade. Is it still worth mentioning because it took up a lot of hours during the week or should I leave it out since I didn't have an official position?
If I have an activity that takes up 80 hours/week for 5 weeks, and then 1 hour/week for the rest of the year (all year round activity), should I put down 52 weeks and average out the hours?
