Love the videos man! Haven’t needed them to direct a major repair for me yet (knock on wood) but I love these for entertainment! It’s so cool to see how the inside of my bike (kq 500) works and looks. The tear down videos are awesome and it’s so cool to see the inner motor! I’d love to see something on kq starter, power steering or diffs out of curiosity. Keep the videos coming! I love learning from these and watching your skills! If I lived out where y’all are at I’d work there!
What is the wiring and connector on the right of the carb? Mine isn’t connected. 94 Suzuki Quad. Runner 250. I’ve got a lot to learn. Im 80 and got it not running. Thank you! Jim Work
There are two small fuel related lines , or vacuum lines ,one coming from petcock and one from the fuel pump, on a Lt250 quadrunner , then there is a vent line . The main fuel line is obvious but unless you're paying close attention, you can get the fuel vacuum lines crossed . You didn't explain those very well. I removed my carburetor, cleaned it but it is very hard to crank up and when it does, its runs very bad , popping, smoking and eventually cuts off . What am I doing wrong
Danny did you purchase an OEM carburetor or a Chinese knockoff? th-cam.com/video/kOv8nhHUsq4/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching and the comment. We have hundreds of videos yet to post. Ever NOTICE how they never show the re-install, because on this ATV re-install will PISS YOU OFF SO BAD. and if you do not damage something YOU are lucky..
haha, they can be a challenge to install. Boots are stiff and its a tight area. I have an install video coming soon. We broke it up into a 3 part series. Thanks for the comment and for watching!
Good video, but you need to slow down. You speak so much, and so fast, that you make a lot of mistakes in what you are calling things, and constantly need to correct yourself.
Thanks for the comment Bill. I try to get a lot in, in a short amount of time since the average attention span for someone watching these is very minimal. Thanks for watching and the comment. Let us know if you need anything: www.ebay.com/str/midnebraskamotorsports
Thanks for the video, that boot comes off alot easier than it goes on. Pain in the butt.

Can u show the vacuum set up for fuel pump on it
Can u do a video on how to remove a fuel tank on a 1992 Suzuki Quad Runner 250 4x4
I can tell you because I spent 2 hours trying. You have to pull the engine out !
Where is the vacuum line for the fuel pump?
my carb is different, '97 Suzuki quad runner
Good video, but I'm confused on what the middle line on the carb between the pet cock and fuel is.
He obviously didn’t know either. He quickly showed where the lines ran, named them incorrectly and said just watch the video to see where they attach.
