Good video, very detailed. Need to pull my carb apart and clean it again myself. It's been giving me grief. I would never buy a knock off carb. OEM will save you money in the long run.
Got a question just picked mine up yesterday and starts right up but when I give it throttle it bogs out every now and then it’ll run but still run weird and when I let off the throttle it backfires a bunch and also spits and sputters I cleaned the carb yesterday and runs alittle better but same thing spitting and sputtering I’m thinking air/fuel screw and new plug would fix it just would like some help

Can you make a video of how to adjust the carburetor idle while it’s running? My carburetor adjusting screw is difficult to turn and I wanna know which way to lower the idle cause mine is way too high
I have a Suzuki kingquad 300 same carb the problem it was giving me was it will idle fine when I first start it but if I rev it up it will stay at a high rpm for a min then slowly rev back down completely rebuilt the carb and it’s doing the same thing I thought it might have been the choke cable replaced it no fix what could it be?
Stock carb?? If not check out: th-cam.com/video/kOv8nhHUsq4/w-d-xo.html If it is, it sounds like you've got an air leak some where. Or a bad diaphragm. Have you checked either? For air leak, start the atv and use a little carb cleaner to spray around intake area. It shouldn't rev up. If it does, you've got a leak. Try to pin point it.
