In my state of IL Chicago area, the home is a different price depending on where you live, Chicago inner city not northside or north shore outer area probably around 450-500k around the same price. Southside, under 300k and in down town chi-town and main northside near suburbs borders 900k-1MM. Suburban areas probably around 600-700k and up to a 1MM depending on the suburbs. If you live in Central IL probably under less than 200k.
The house is nice, But not worth $425,000. It's to outdated, They need brand new carpeting throughout. The kitchen is not to bad. The first 2 bedrooms are small. And it's been sitting on the market for 80 days, I think its overpriced. Rate 7.5, Thanks Big Super for the tour!
I like the layout of the home, love the back yard, hate the carpet. Here in Wilmington, NC that house would run you about $230,000 including the garage and pool. But it really depends on the location.
We Love Maricopa, been here about 10 years now. Ten years ago, this house would have gone for about $ 130-$150. Prices are definitely different now. You do get a lot more house for your money in Maricopa than other areas. Prices are starting to drop which is good. Nice house! It does need some upgrades though. Love the back yard!🥰 Thanks for sharing Big Super!😊
To be honest, the house shouldn’t be staged if furniture looks like that. Home looks outdated. The real question is how is economy there? The wages that can help afford in that price range.
I can tell you this much $1,000+ for studio out here in Pheonix minimum wage $14. Do the math it's fucking sad if you don't have room mates or family your homeless or making 25+ a hour
I rated it the same as you and I think the cabinets don't have to be replaced maybe just paint can work but the house is nice and the listing price is good, Thank you Big Super.
Janet Andrews hello from Virginia: Only thing I would consider changing rip out all that carpet too hot in AZ for that also new cabinets in kitchen and backsplash and new counter tops. Here in Virignia a home like that would go between $800,000 to $1.2 million easy great find.
I think the price is a little steep when you can purchase a just built new home for that amount of money. Me I like the home with the carpet throughout, in the kitchen if you want soft close cabinets and drawers and countertop, you can upgrade over time and not strain your budget, but everything is working and in good shape, the backyard the most expense when something breaks, have the liner replaced upgrade the pump and electrical and the water in and out. I would throw a fresh coat of paint on the inside and do some feature wall colors or shiplap just to have a more modern look without the hefty price, check your water heater maybe upgrade early to an on-demand type. I would say as is a 7.5 and $350,000 and sold. It's bare bones at the price they bought it new for when it was happening at that time.
Really decent house for the sizexand area. It would really only need minor upgrades like stone countertops and soft close hinges/slides on the cabinetry. LVP flooring throughout the living areas is doable as well. The bathrooms were pretty good and spacious and the backyard was above average. Also the parking was longer than they are giving in the new builds these days that can't contain a full size pickup truck. If they worked in the Intel plant out there in Chandler it would be a quite affordable home for a family. They could upgrade and maximize that house for another $15k - $18k is easily achievable and still cheaper than a similar property in Maricopa County.
I don't care if you can remodel. If I'm spending that kind of bread on a new home, I'm not having not a bit of carpet unless it's in the bedrooms and closets only. And it got to be brand new to where nobody had their nasty feet on it before. As a matter of fact I'm only taking new construction if I'm paying for it
I give it 7.5 . The interior is mid . Kitchen / family room too choppy . The backyard is its saving grace . Nice pool with plenty space to entertain plus a lawn for the kids to play. No rear neighbors
I'm sorry but 400 and HOW MANY DOLL HAIRS for a house with only 2 bathrooms?! This definitely seems like a house that the owners put all the money into the backyard and nothing in the interior of the house given the cheap kitchen counters and dated carpet. You could definitely make this house work given the amount of square footage but this house is SCREAMING "Bought in 2020 as a rental home"
347 is a Beast M-F (6-9am Going North), (3-9pm Going South) You going to need 420 and a nice home to calm your nerves. 2 lane highway, Mental Midgets driving 60 in fast lane. Oh wait it Oct, snow bird time get ready to weave in and out of traffic. Election time, Flag flying from car time, daily rally on random corners. Oh yeah, road and shopping made for 25k but we have 75k. Service are over whelmed. Safe City, nice and quite until you have to depart. Great Housing options and Good prices. Paradise if we had multiple ways out or in.
Ummmm real estate is the highest it’s ever been here are you serious lol my apt was 850 then 1380 now it’s 1685 for a regular degular spot you budderd my dog every house over for rent is 2400 to 3200 to 4 k like umm yea ..
The furniture through out the house is dated & the curtains on windows need 2 be updated I can live with the carpet through out just mean a lot of vacuuming. The price $425,000 is reasonable for the house.😀
Rate: 5/10 The interior of this home is dated. The carpet alone is a turn-off and can be costly to maintain (kids, pool, possible animal(s)). For the individuals that can afford the price tag of $425k, the probability of this property being on their socioeconomic radar is highly unlikely. Unless, of course- the buyer has no idea how money works and is willing to overpay on a property such as the one showcased in this video. ✌🏼
I dont like the perception and projection maricopa has cheap homes to yhe world.......when people ask where you live and they say oh the homes are cheap there......its offensive.
Nice home needs some upgrades. Beautiful backyard
Thank you for sharing 😊

Those houses use to be less than 200k pre pandemic and it’s wayyyyy out there for that location and price

Beautiful Home. If this was in NYC that house is worth $900.000 to 1.9 Million

25+ is the only way you can probably survive out here and most of us ain't making that
Next year I will be living the van life ! AMERICA DONT GIVE A FUK ABOUT US ! PERIOD
They probably just decluttered and not staged
I rated it the same as you and I think the cabinets don't have to be replaced
maybe just paint can work but the house is nice and the listing price is good, Thank you Big Super.
Yo big super! Can put the year the house was built in the videos? I think it helps with the context of the pricing, thank you man
House is too dark inside for me. I need lot's of window's.
A solid 8 for me ! Good Video Super stay Hydrated!!!

To cool that house is insane. Been there done that! Thanks again Mr.
I agree, Super. This looks like set up for Abnb.

Hi big super duper another video back-to-back yay❤😊
I think that is the owner left over furnishings. Taking the cheap way out. Look like they selling “As Is”💁🏽💯
Nice good to see things coming down but I miss that 2010-11 Arizona price 150k to 200k tops
In Minneapolis $495,000 no pool.
Ventura county California $850.000 to $1,100,000.
I enjoy your videos. Keep up the good job. 👍👌

I LIKE THE KITCHEN.
Way too expensive for that home in that area.
It has a lot of potential. New floors throughout and maybe paint the cabinets. I’d say in the north valley this would be 600,000.
That's real nice house
OMG amazing pool!!
Nah, my man solid 2.0 thats the TRUTH and you pointed most of them!
Northwest Illinois maybe $475,000-$800,000
Just needs to be updated and then it would be great!
@@stacyq7656 highly agree, but I dunno with a kitchen counter, carpet, and paint how much more you would get for it.
I give it 7.5 . The interior is mid . Kitchen / family room too choppy . The backyard is its saving grace . Nice pool with plenty space to entertain plus a lawn for the kids to play. No rear neighbors

I like the blue cabinets......
I like the kitchen cabinets.
If the house was free I wouldn' t live in Maricopa
I really like it has a lot of potential I'm not a fan of pools only because I cannot swim😮
Surprised the truth was half told❤❤
Beautiful home
I like older track homes❤ I think someone lives there still Super🙊🙈 House price in Las Vegas $350,000-$400,000🤷🏽♀️ Score 9🎉

Here in L.A. county you'd be looking at 2 mil plus. Location, location, location.
Too much carpet and dark. Need more light.

I Like that home.. I am in DC.. this home would easily be $$1.5 mil.. Frankly, throughout the DMV, $1.5 millish.😊Rating..8.75
I am going to give it a 9. The house is not that bad... And yea we seen worst homes that you showed.
No one wants to live in Maricopa.
That’s a lot for maricopa

Also who’s paying $425k to live in maricopa when they’re still building like crazy out there. You can probably find a new build for that much
Who the hell wants to live in that heat? Lol like let’s be honest
✊🏾
Not enough windows.......to dark inside......dated.........6/10
