    Excellent! Recovering from a broken ankle and lateral tendon tears. I've been using self massage since the cast came off and was ready for something more specific. This was perfect.

    I wish I knew this routine years ago. My ankles are pretty beat up due to playing football in college. I suffered peroneal tendon subluxation and was able to make a great recovery because my trainer was awesome but this would have been a major plus.

    I'm so grateful I found this video, I have to be to work in a couple hours and my ankle has been giving me a great deal of pain the last few days. I have total mobility now that I followed this short video! Thank you. I'm anxious to see how this holds up during my shift.

    Thanks. Any massage technique for inflammed ankle area that's safe? It's at the back of that protruding ball on the side.
    Keep looking amazing and talents ma'am Rachel.

    Thanks! Physical therapy NEVER gets into this...it's all about PULLING straps and leaning into walls! I have an ankle mobilization problem in one foot especially, so I'm going to start this specific routine every day... it feels so good and I think it's going to help me a lot!!

    Thank you for this. It may sound strange, but is there any way you can show us how to do the massages from a different closer angle, for those of us that can't bring the knee to the chest but can cross the leg a little and bring the foot to side?

    Will this be good for someone that suffers from ankle stiffness from having fibromyalgia? My ankles feel like there sprained constantly and I’m trying to resolve this. Even if I have to keep doing them. I can’t take this any longer.

    What about cat foot massage? 😉 nah, let's be serious, I always look forward to your videos, especially if they are all so useful and in this case so useful for tendants and joints. If I only didn't have so much water down in my legs. But it's the thought that counts. Thank you!

    I have a sprain in my ankle and it hurt to bend it, doing this exercise gave me more flexibility in it, thanks for the tips. Still going to use the RICE method, but I was thinking this might help it.

    Thank you for this massage technique! I also did the calf and foot but I still have some pain left on the outside of the foot where (it looks like on Google ;)) the peroneal tendon attaches. A dull and stiff feeling between the heel and the fifth metatarsal on the outside and below the foot. Do you have tips? Again thank you so much for these efforts, subscribed!

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660
      @rachelrichardsmassage9660  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If your skin is very dry, you can add a drop of lotion. You want to be able to move the tissue. If you put oil on, you'll just slide over the skin.
