Seeing the Garage 56 Camaro try to do Eau Rouge flat-out was the best part, that car is like a flying brick

IMSA is my favorite racing series due to the competitiveness in all classes...........stand alone series is V8 Supercars due to competition and those amazing sounding V8s
The higher downforce on the prototypes then say f2 or SF makes up for the weight difference through eau rouge.

Technically it is. Since the question is if they can take Eau Rouge flat
2 things stood out to me here:
1.Interesting top speeds for all car classes here, even the 770 HP camaro was limited to 320kmh [which is anything but slow] but Just goes to show modern racing isnt about emphasising the best top speed but more or less how you get there and everything in between.
2. That was really surprising the 992 cup couldn't manage it flat, but the merc GT4 did effortless. Per lap the 992 cup would obviously be faster.
The GT4 must then have better balance between aero and speed between the two? Honestly would have thought otherwise.
Modern race cars have a lot of downforce and therefore drag which makes them slower on the straights but a lot faster on the corners. Most racing cars are slower on the straights tha tgeir older versions but way faster over an entire lap.
The Porsche Cup has very similar cornering to GT4 cars but got to Eau Rouge faster because it has more power. That's why it can't take it flat out
Impressive how u managed to make almost all of them stick to the lines...
WRC able to flatout 200kmh on much sharper curves, not even itched it's superb aerodynamics hahaha also love Hypercar and GT500 series ❤
I feel like some of the physics/handling models for certain cars here isn’t quite accurate. The fact that a Formula E car with minimal downforce can almost take it flat yet a Brabham GT2 and 911 Cup car can’t is a bit unrealistic imo. Formula E cars are known to not have much downforce so it’s pretty likely that it would take a big lift. And also how the G56 car couldn’t take it flat yet a GTE car could is also unrealistic. This year at LeMan the G56 car was matching the GTE’s speeds through pretty much all corners, and was quicker on the straight. In fact, it was only about 5 seconds slower than the LMP3 cars, which is not a lot around such a long track

Excellent video! Quick question, the G56 car weight is listed as 1410kg, only 40 kg lighter than the Cup car. I thought the G56 car was supposed to be 1342 kg?
in real life, it is 1342 kg. In the game, it is not exactly 100% accurate and in game the car is 1410 kg
They also changed the sound in the sim as well. That car should sound like the Cup car but it doesn't

It's a GT4 Camaro 3d model with custom physics. No one's done a Gen3 so I had to make my own. It performs like a Gen3 Supercar. Ther Commodore is an older car (Gen2). Holden no longer exists unfortunately
I don't know what do you mean with the Aussie Racing Cars. It's an Australian racing series that uses those cars during Supercars' weekends. I don't really know what's wrong with it ib this video.
the Aussie racing car isn't what everyone races in that's just what the series is called. I've seen it a couple times in person, really fun to watch.

They're basically a Nascar stock car plus any dirt car. They run small short ovals and dirt ovals
There haven't been any road course SRX races to date, but it's good to note that the chassis is symmetrical left to right. High power, low downforce is a great combination for exciting racing.
Its nice to see the SRX in the video, the trans am TA1 dont have a mod in assetto corsa?
I dont know, but whoever did the sound for these mods did an amazing job. Asseto normally doesnt do the best with sounds at times but they sound heavenly here.
Indycar top speed is incorrect

The road course chassis struggles to go over 180 mph
@@epicmotorsport856 Top speed =/= average speed. Indycars don't have the handling to be able to maintain and reach their max potential speeds. But they do have a much higher max speed than is given here. It's closer 378 kph.
For example, the given NASCAR top speed is 320 kph when they get nowhere near that at the majority of the tracks they go to,especially at road courses.

Formula 4, Mazda 767B, Mazda 787B, Formula 1 especially V6 to V12 engines all can take Eau Rouge Flat Out.

The whole sequence is called eau rouge because that’s the first corner in the sequence. Easier than saying eau rouge and radillion

Well, it's a lot lighter and got there slower. The GT2 cars don't have that much aero. Less than a GT3 or a GTE

actually you dont need a quick engine just more downforce compared to power and a good grippy tyre...i think formula e with slicks could do it

It's a GT4 Camaro with lower ground clearance, custom physics and a new livery and sound. You can seen it's still RHD. No one's done a Gen3 Supercar so I had to make my own 🤷♂️😂

Assetto Corsa it's available for consoles and PC. You can't have mods in the console version (Everything you see here are mods)
