  • A healthy diet can help reduce your risk of developing coronary heart disease and stop you gaining weight, reducing your risk of diabetes and high blood pressure.
It can also help lower your cholesterol levels and reduce your risk of some cancers.
Even if you already have a heart condition, a healthy diet can benefit your heart.
For someone with heart disease, diet is a big deal. Along with other healthy habits, it can slow or even partially reverse the narrowing of vessels that supply blood to the heart muscles.
This is very important as this reduces the risk of a heart attack.

People have heart attacks and die of heart attacks every day because they become conscious of matters that their body-heart-mind can not handle. This is the explanation for many people that we know who die of heart attacks.

Our bodies need to be strong in order to handle higher realizations that naturally slip into awareness from the subconscious or remote back-reaches of our beings. Hatha Yoga and other physical education methods prepare the body-heart-mind to safely receive expanding consciousness. Certain realizations needed to make us whole can be frightening.@@checkmecare

Don't forget that fatty foods have a lot of calories weather they are good foods or bad foods! So you can be eating what so-called healthy diet and still gain weight!

Not all seven good things can be maximized at the same time. Avocado has fat and lots of it. Can you consume one avocado every day and also lots of nuts on same day? That is too much of fat at once and will harm you, if not counter balanced by strong exercises to burn fat. Yes, even plant fat has to be burned off. So, while I admire information in these videos, be careful, you still need to discern how you will use the information in your personal life, and which advice to follow or leave out on certain day. Things are LOT more complicated than information laid out in videos. It will take years of your own personal research or a dietitian consultation, to make some of this information work for you.
