We have online programs that address trigger points. our female pelvic pain program addresses many lower leg/buttock and/low back trigger points that might be contributing to your pain.
The best we can help is either via our online programs or a video consult…both links are listed below:
We have a free 30 minute powerpoint to help you better understand what is going on on both of these links and if you feel the program can help then you can follow through with the program.

Great video!! If a trigger point in the outer thigh is worked out with compression can it cause persistent pain on the inner thigh?

I was just Diagnosed with myofascial pain disorder. I have begun to take Cymbalta along with Physical Therapy. After 25 years of this pain, I’m finally getting help.

You gave me no choice, I had to subscribe! 😀
I'm studying this and know much about everything else. Cleaning up the diet, stretches and some PNF. Thanks for your help!
I know a few of these but perhaps you can tell me.
    PNF - Proprioception Neurological Facilitation
    PIR - Post Isometric Relaxation
    RI - Reciprocal Inhibition
    ART - Active Release Techniques
But I don't know what these 2 would be:
    MAT or PR
These can help trigger points. Can you help me?

No problem. I'm a massage therapist instructor. I know trigger point but as in any case, it is a different story to teach and for the past 2 months I have been researching, Travell and Simons and others that have done scientific studies. I enjoyed listening to how you explained it to the average Joe.
