Yes you can bro but make sure you have some rest days My most reccomendded routine you should do is 3 days doing this workout and 1-2 rest days (This worked for me because i lost 14kg) in 3 months doing this routines
Of course you can from my experience do this beginner workout for 2 weeks daily you can feel your body getting stronger then you can switch to the intermediate / advanced level🙂

For example, on a busy day when there's no time at all, but you still want to do a small stretch and cardio, would it be okay to do this routine right away? i think you should increase your protein intake, it helps dramatically. try a protein shake with atleast 20grams protein on your workout days!
