I played a mix of hero and normal, I was hoping for it to be a greater change overall. It’s much more combat, less about the puzzles and progression. Could have taken away certain echoes in certain dungeons to really challenge the player maybe? I still loved the game more than most. You finish yet?
I did. Surprisingly, I made the effort to find almost everything on my own without looking at a guide. I usually don't try to do that on Zelda games for some reason. I gave up finding the last two stamp pedestals. Everything else I brute-forced.
@@VDGMS it's hard for me to place numerical value on games but I guess 8.5 give or take. Sure, it has frame rate issues but I got used to them. Having to select an echo can be cumbersome, but that is the nature of having so many echoes. If I needed to pull up an echo that I haven't used recently, I would just go to the notebook and pick from there. It breaks up the action, but such is the price for pulling off this concept. I enjoyed the little story beats, and I think the bosses might be a highlight for the series. I wouldn't mind some sort of DLC in which you play as Link with some sort of creative twist. I dunno...
Incredible concept, freedom and it was pulled off. I think it has rewritten the rules moving forward. The frame rate didn’t bother me either. I would have rather it not been there, but it didn’t hinder the experience. I don’t like to jump to conclusions. But I think it will be pretty high on my list of best Zelda’s
Community without toxicity, positive or negative. I love it.
Good video, thank you
Did you miss Hero Mode? That's a difficulty option.

Yeah once he gave me a prize that was butter or milk, I became less interested in seeking them all out. What would you rate it?
