If you bomb a certain tree in the forest, you will kill Navi who was hidden in there. This will give you a code which you can enter in Ocarina of Time as the Hero's name and you will be rid of annoying Navi during the whole game!
You can't kill navi but you can burn a certain tree with the blue or red ring and there will be stairs where a guy will take rubies from you to "repair his door" (it's in the second screen on the right if I remember well)

But a lot of this video is actually poking fun on how ridiculous some of hoaxes in Nintendo games typically are. Like doing a certain thing a certain large amount of times to unlock. Not gonna lie, this video actually made me laugh all the way through it. Though, I'm still disappointed that it wasn't real secrets.
