The good thing about games with no story is that literally anyone can make up there own story about the game. I like to believe that the player(a seperate entity, but basically played by you) is kidnapped and sucked into playing Balatro, and is supposed to 100% the game to escape, but chooses not to because the game is so addicting

I wanted to say it's not that bad but i think my opinion is skewed because i am playing rain world and hollow knight at the same time. So the combat felt more straight forward and easy , tho yes it is tight i don't find that too bothersome, i finished it on Nintendo switch and i have to say. I need to stop playing all the sad games.

Fuck how did I ever play at normal game speed watching the gameplay is so painful after being so used to x4 speed at this point

It's really good. I hope it gets a map expansion though.

Bro this game is peak as ever and it needs a sequel. Its beautiful brutal horrific and very crazy it's such an awesome concept I love it

Most underrated review channel on youtube 🔥I checked out BO:6 on Game Pass and did have a good time with it. I do intend to keep playing through while I wait for Indiana Jones, but COD really doesn't do much for me, overall. Which makes me feel like I'm missing something when you look at the game sales of this franchise!

The art in Goldman looks crazy, like Steamboy as a game. Hyper Light Breaker is gonna remap my brain synapses.

A lot people I know say it not your typical tactical rpg. It more like a rogue lite with tactile elements. Turn based, but my god the enemy out number you every single time and you have to organize your team precisely to win each time.

Shredders Revenge is way better

Ive played Both Shredders Revenge and Splintered Fate. SR is pure arcade chaos. SF is pure grind. They both amazin in their own ways.

Please don't change mechanics and difficulty every month like you guys did with Dead Cells. Respect your players' time.

The feel is definitely drawing inspiration from Hallow Knight at parts. Impact of hitting enemies has a LOT more screen shake to it, but taking hits looks to be the same. The health bar looks to be a reskinned Health bar from HK, and the attack animation with the sweeping motion is eerily similar. I know the fans say the idea is stolen, but I welcome anything in the Metroidvania genre. Even if the case is that HK's character format was just entirely reskinned, I follow the concept of "If it isn't broken, don't fix it." Give it a shot HK fans!

It looks good. I'm still more excited for Silksong, but Crowsworn will be on my radar of exciting games to buy.

Having played both games I must say you should start with the first, while the story isn't necessarily easy to find out, the gameplay of 2 will heavily outshine that of 1 and it'll feel boring

It's crazy that Vamp Survivors has become big enough that "Survivor Like/Lite" has become a genre. Great vid, as always! They have an awesome IP in Deep Rock

When I first saw it, I was thinking the same thing. It did look like it was just a Cashin to profit off the Cuphead genre by using rubber hose animation, with a more mature style, and is in black and white. The title just being “Mouse” felt bland, but Mouse PI for Hire sounds better, and the re are some cool stuff for the game. I will admit it does look cool, and I’m willing to give it a chance.

How could you not mention Pony Island 2😭😭😭 It's the next game by Daniel Mullins, creator of Inscryption, The Hex and Pony Island. It's highly anticipated, especially by people who have played all 3 of Daniel's games, since we know that his games are interconnected and tell a greater story

i love Into The Breach, and after playing MST for 2 hours im fairly optimistic but not yet in love. its cool, but for now i still prefer into the breach

i feel like the bone forest would feel way too out of place plus the fact that orange in HK is synoymous with the infection. cool area but glad it didnt make the final cut.

I don’t think an overarching plot in this kind of game is necessary.
