    Thx for sharing! For those of us who ended up with MINIs, there's always that ah-ha moment where it clicked! I got a 2021 SE out of necessity (small parking space) and its ended up being one of my favorite cars! I have a 2025 F66 JCW on order now as gas cars suit my needs a bit better these days, but the SE has been a joy.

    Not a big fan of Minnie but yours has made me enjoy the look of them a little more when modded properly. I’m sure you’ll miss it but when you get yourself a BMW in the future you’ll love it

      a few times I looked at f series m2 m3 m4, I think im going to go for a Porsche to be honest..

      @ ya those are all good options. Maybe test drive one if you’re ever thinking about it just to see but obviously Porsche will be a great choice. Which one you thinking? I rented a Macan S last weekend to drive down to Vancouver for the Taylor Swift concert for my wife and it was very comfortable and had decent power. A lot smaller than my X6M but I liked it.

      @@BreezeMW ive driven the m4 and m2 before and really liked them, but I feel like if I dont move toward Porsche I wont have the opportunity to own one before they are unobtainable. What really speaks to me is the 718 GTS in Miami blue, im guessing I'll start with a 2016ish cayman s or an older 911 Carrera. All in due time.

      @@improvedgarage I figured you had driven one before considering how many cars you’ve owned. I agree though if you can jump to a Porsche it’s a no brainer. Any Porsche will be an experience and great for content but the new Benz is certainly doing the trick on my end. Thanks for the steady content

    Lucky new owner who's previous owner maintained it so well, and fresh car wash to boot before they pick it up. What time did they finally arrive with 3 different ETA's ? Enjoy your channel. Your unfortunate total of your other Mini, is one reason I dont like small cars, would not like to be in one on a freeyway and a Semi hit's you. Dont get me wrong there a blast around town, but not just the freeways. My wife was driving a F350 4X4 locally, and the car texting from other side of road hit her head on, and thats after she seen what was about to happen and pulled to the shoulder. They had to pull the cars driver out of the car with the jaws of life. The F350 was totaled, and she was told if she wasnt in the F350 4X4 she would of not made it. Driver of other car was high, no license no currect registraion, and no insurance. There is a lot of winners out there. Food for thought.

      They arrived around noon and loaded it up.. it was interesting to watch them. I was hit in a mercedes SUV a few years ago by a lifted silverado, dude didnt even touch the brakes and had no insurance, it took me a while to be able to get into a smaller car again.

    My 06 GTI probably cost VW more money in warranty repairs than the car cost me. The big item was the transmission. My current 2017 GTI has no problems because I never go anywhere these days. lol 😂

    You bought 2 mini’s? Btw what’s up with people using a foam cannon for their wheels? Have arthritis?

    • @improvedgarage
      @improvedgarage  29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yep
      Why wouldn’t you foam the wheels? No reason not to.

    • @1HughxJanise1
      @1HughxJanise1 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ of course you’re free to use the product any way you wish but I meant more why not use it in a manner the manufacturer intended it to be used so it is more effective and not so diluted? Especially, for a product like brake buster that is on the weaker side to begin with when it comes to wheel cleaner?

    • @improvedgarage
      @improvedgarage  24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@1HughxJanise1 i like foaming because it allows the products to cling on the wheel better instead of running off. i consider wheel cleaner more of a lubricant for the brush than anything.

      @ hmmm i haven’t noticed any problems with product staying on my wheels. I wonder if it’s due to the spray bottle you were using? I’ve heard people have had issues with those Pressol ones especially with brake buster

    Do you just have good water for foam or are you running DI water all the time?

    • @improvedgarage
      @improvedgarage  25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      My water sucks. I run 100% di

    • @carrated
      @carrated 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@improvedgarage I went from 580 TDS softened at my house but with some iron I didnt like and would use the DI to rinse either with the pressure washer or eventualy I just started running on it a completely seperate hose. I've heard if you do any non di then DI in a hose it will pick up contaminanents and leave water marks. But then they say to not leave DI water in your hoses/pressure washer so I this was my fix. I now have a different garage with city water, but come to find out its just community well vs a regular well like at my home. Its treated better no iron but very hard and 400 TDS. I used the hard water in the pressure washer this past summer and rinsed as I went with a seperate hose.
      I may go to using DI all the time but now am concerned about the hard water that has run thorugh the pressure washer hoses etc. I dont let it dry on its own, but still a bit concerned.
      I also had a couple years back one of the CR spotless canisters explode while using it with the pressure washer and ended up sucking DI resin in. Needless to say I dont want that to happen again because with hard water the chances of getting the car dry quickly enough is challenging.
      Any thoughts on my chicken and egg scneario?

    • @improvedgarage
      @improvedgarage  24 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@carrated i dont know if i have the best answer, but i ended up installing tanks to store di water and running DI all the time. I use an RO in front of the DI to make it cost less in resin, but because the RO doesnt flow enough i need to store water for my PW. in 4 years ive had zero issues with hoses fittings or pumps failing as a result of DI and i do everything DI. In the next year im going to change my tanks to be atmospheric and try out a higher flowing pressure washer.
