Kirby Return to Dreamland was the game that got me pulled into the Kirby franchise and will forever have a special place in my heart. Not like part of the story but like, as a challenge boss or something?*
I don't hope for him to be in this version... Don't get me wrong, morpho knight is an awesome boss, however he felt more like a replacement of Galacta Knight, wich does appear in the original Kirby return to Dreamland, as a secret boss in true Arena. And I really wish to galacta to come back, not only his theme sound more epic (it may not sound tense as morpho, but it make you feel like you're being overwhelmed by galacta), but he is also a classic to many. And sadly, I don't think it's possible for both to be in the same game due to how similar they are (and maybe in term of lore, but Kirby's lore is already weird when you know morpho, one big nightmare to the community, is a butterfly)...
The way they should handle the outlines (in my opinion) is have the outlines as an optional accessibility feature, where it can be toggled to player preference, kinda like how you can enable or disable outlines in Smash Bros 3DS
Without outlines, it would look like kirby fighters 2. Kirby fighters 2 was the system's only good quality Kirby game until this definitive remake showed up during the latest direct.

I do agree with the outlines should've had different colors for each character to make them pop out even more Having a green outline around green Kirby would just look 10x better tbh
5:01 Jesus Christ, now I have to debate whether I want to sell my childhood game or not! I didn't know they went for this much (I checked other copies online and they often go for over $100) What do I do ;-;
If Smash 3DS made its character outlines optional, I don’t see why RTDLDX can’t. And If 3D World can have online multiplayer, I don’t see why RTDLDX can’t either (for both story mode and sub games).

I thought this video was from a larger youtuber.
I disagree with the outline thing however
I like the outlines because it makes the character pop out more
That's really cool to me I love when things like pop like how it is in this remaster. The original game is probably my favorite Kirby game but it looks generic to me.
I do agree with the outlines should've had different colors for each character to make them pop out even more
Having a green outline around green Kirby would just look 10x better tbh
5:50:What Sound Effect Is That?
Love the vid bro keep up the good work 👍🏼
5:01 Jesus Christ, now I have to debate whether I want to sell my childhood game or not! I didn't know they went for this much (I checked other copies online and they often go for over $100) What do I do ;-;
I love how it looks
I freaking love your sense of comedy 😂
super excited to play the remake
I love the outlines
Litterly forgot this game was coming to switch and im a huge Kirby Birdy day
Well, I’m just glad I will finally get to play this game! (Since I never had a Wii)
I am happy that I was not the only one to notice king dedede looked like a club penguin avatar
5:59 lol I bought my copy of return to dream like a year ago and I found it for $19.99 USD at a vintage stock/movie trading Company
I'm also really excited but I agree, the outlines weird me out and I don't know why they're there
The remake looks incredibly beautiful dude open your eyes
If Smash 3DS made its character outlines optional, I don’t see why RTDLDX can’t. And If 3D World can have online multiplayer, I don’t see why RTDLDX can’t either (for both story mode and sub games).
Maybe with the sunset stage, they could have made it so that the highlights made the outline less defined/ thinner?
Honestly I’d absolutely love ANY AND ALL of the 3 canceled Kirby GCNs to make the light of day someday especially the first and third ones.
Hope that in this remake Spark and Tornado still op abilities as it was in the original
