- I wanted to make a cEDH tournament out of your decks, and that's what we're doing today. I picked out 16 viewer submitted lists to create a tournament of the coolest, and you can vote down below which deck is your favorite in their pod to move on to the top 4. We're looking at two pods of four in this video, including new approaches to old archetypes, wild commander options, and everything in between. The Commanders featured are Thrasios/Akiri, Leonardo Da Vinci, Ludevic, Dihada, Rog/Reyhan, Zirda, Rionya, and Reyhan/Kraum.

I can't wait to play my George Washington deck and cast Optimus Prime against Leonardo DaVinci and his Terminator Thopters. Very fun video!

I'm gonna go with DaVinci and Zirda, feel as if the DaVinci list is something very new and spicy but can be tweaked some more.... My suggestions include Staff of Domination, Training Grounds, Mirage Mirror, Agatha's Soul Cauldron possibly, Platinum Emperion, Mycosynth Lattice.
Pod 3: Have to give my vote to DaVinci, none of the others felt interesting it seems.
Pod 4: Reyhann/Kraum, huge fan of the deck and feel like Scylla is bound to win with it down the line...
Pod 3: Leonardo da Vinci
Pod 4: Zirda, the Dawnwaker
Dihada probably claps the first pod I'd say. Deck is real fast. Reyhan Kraum looks great, but mono red copies is so much fun. I run Delina for a high stakes copies list and if rionya is anywhere near as fun you win either way.
Dihada and Rionya come out here. I've sat against that specific Rionya player, and it's a whole lotta fun. Super slept on until the table looks at it like, "Oh that is indeed a problem."

I've played against Connor on that Da Vinci list and it does some wild stuff.

First pod I think goes to DaVinci for sure. Super strong list.
(I'll be honest I'm the akiri Thrasios list. Definitely like the suggestions and will debate making some swaps for sure.)
Second pod is reyhaun kraum. Gotta be.
I didn't pay much attention to the card when it was spoiled, but man da Vinci actually looks pretty strong.

i must preface this with the added explanation that ^these decks feel more like pet cedh

Well for 3 im gonna go Akiri-Ohs.
And for 4 im all in on Rionya.
The davinci looks cool but arcum dagsson has been around and is more stable as it doesnt exile things from yard

Damn, didn't even attempt the French name.
As for the Stalker, it plays a really niche, convoluted role. It's the only black, 1 mana Goblin with a relevant activated ability. The deck is VERY color hungry and sometimes you'll be in a position where you Snoop + Recruiter in the same turn without any red mana on board left but with a Chrome Mod on black or a Bayou left untapped or something. Your pile then becomes Skirk/Stalker/Courier/Kiki/Sling-Gang. Use Snoop to sacrifice Recruiter to add R because Snoop has Skirk's ability. Cast Skirk. Use the non-red source to cast Stalker, sacrifice stalker to Skirk, cast Courier, haste Snoop, Kiki loop, sacrifice 5 Snoop copies to Skirk, cast Kiki from the top, reveal Sling-Gang, win.
But Stalker is also just generically okay as a creature too😅
I'm gonna vote for Leonardo Da Vinci and Reyhog (just so I can at least have 1 vote, ya'know)

I might build that davinci deck ngl.
Braids, surveil land, borne upon a wind, and Breena are the cheat codes to make me love a deck.

Definitely voting for Ludevic in pod 3 and Rog/Reyhan in pod 4, those decks look disgusting
Shoutout to Rionya and Reyhan/Kraum too, they look like a cool variation on an existing deck that just decided to branch out and made things in its own cool way

Davinci | Rionya
I have a Rowan deck that gets a lot of gripe in my play groups. It's either too optimized for casual pods or not optimized enough for cedh pods. Feels bad. It's my favorite deck 😮💨
I've covered multiple cEDH Rowan decks that did super well in tournaments, might just wanna optimize it up a bit and storm off 🌩
The new MKM card that exiles a players top X cards with her makes her bonkers as her reduction applies to their decks cards as well if red/black lol
@syndicate5357 I haven't had an opportunity to look at the new set, but I'm up for anything that can further optimize the deck 😁

Reyhan / Kraum EZ CLAP
Spinning Wheel Kick is honestly terrible. 4 mana to sorcery speed remove 1 creature, 6 mana to sorcery speed remove 2 creatures.
Delayed Blast Fireball is just so much better for a one sided multi-removal
Or just good old Winds of Abandon
