I loved the humor and joy in this - I've been under the weather but the intro put a big smile on my face. These look delicious. It's my first time hearing of bread and butter pudding but I enjoy bread pudding so I definitely want to try it
Wow, all of your videos are excellent. Every time I watch they make me hungry. The vegan prawn cocktail would also be good for those with allergies and probably a good introduction into vegan recipes. I’ve heard of bread pudding, but never bread and butter pudding. The addition of pears sounds great and that would be nice to try.

Had to tell you: I made a version of your steak and ale pie. A few changes: we are off starches at present. Solution: a sweet potato topping instead of a crust. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I'm vegetarian (not vegan) but my daughter and her husband are carnivores - they loved it! I will certainly make it again - thank you for this gorgeous recipe!

I do a great bread and butter pudding with pantone, there's a little shop near me that makes a vegan one and it's my favourite pudding at Christmas
