- In this video we continue working on the Fiat 500 Bargain that we bought from the Copart Sandwich salvage auction.
Working at our fully equipped workshop in Kent we carry out tasks including Panel beating, Body work, Mig Welding, Sheet metal Spot Welding, Fabrication, Chassis Repairs, Sand Blasting, Engine and Mechanical repairs, Reconditioning, Restoration and Structural repairs on the Celette Jig Dozer frame machine.

We do receive quite a few questions regarding tools and equipment that we use for various jobs. Unfortunately there is too many to list but some of the brands we use include Snap-on, Blue-point, Makita, Sealey, Clark, Esab and Sykes-Pickavant.

Rob, another interesting and entertaining video, the reason I like these “popular car” repairs is because so many people own them so watching all the way through is a no brainer as well as being so educational. Most of us feel sorry for Chris during the videos because he seems to do all the work while you’re talking the hind leg off a donkey! Great teamwork so keep them coming please!
In this video Chris was doing the 500 I was doing the Clio so as much as it seems to all of you I don’t do anything wen I’m not working in the time laps I’m behind the camera filming for very short periods in between

You need to get your own painting setup, you boys do a 10/10 job on anything you tackle so I couldn’t see painting being a problem for you. Keep it up

Superb can’t wait to see it painted, the bumpers were a great price too I hope you grabbed a few extras for other 500s you’ll inevitably rebuild as you do like doing them anyways so why not! Chris does the body work so well he’s a master and someone I’d love to work with to learn more and make him a mug of tea here and there lol. You guys knock these repairs out like champs and I hope it never ends getting to watch you two at it.

I needed a part exhaust replacement including a lambda sensor for a Hyundai Accent. The major exhaust people refused to do it and recommended I go to a main dealership. I was quoted £350. Went to Eurocarparts and got the pipe and sensor housing for under £50. Great service off the shelf.
