Thanks Rob that Fiat 500 is now looking like it should do, have you ever worked on one with an auto gearbox ? They're weirdly over engineered with too much electronics, my Misses has one which she loves that cost us over £2500 a year ago to fix but she doesn't want to get rid of it (she's as weird as the gearbox) lol. I like seeing the bread and butter Rob it is what you guys are about not just the cossies and Ferraris and we don't know what's coming from one vid to the next like the viva and gennie. wasn't long back people were moaning there was on salvage now there is plenty to be getting on with keep on doing what you're doing it's all good mate
Don't apologise about camera angles and stuff, that's not what we watch for, and don't avoid 500's if you think you can make some money at them because you think we don't want to see it, we enjoy watching you guys fix cars, they type doesn't really matter.
Chris is definitely enjoying the camera more, he’ll be telling us to look at the sneak peaks on Instagram and see us very very soon in the next one😂👍🏻

Rob stop apologizing about little techical issues with the camera work I think it`s fine I have no issues I just enjoy what you two lads do which is different to what other channels put out if we didn`t like it we wouldn`t watch it. The Fiat looks almost new which is what we expect from you, and we will be looking forward to different cars in the future. It`s the weekend, try and get some rest and as my partner is always saying to me, " There`s another day tomorrow not even broken into!!! "

A FIAT with a salvage title means it is a better car than one with a normal title, because someone has actually built it the right way.

TBH I don't mind the FIAT 500 video's - they are bonny wee cars and its always interesting. Put it this way I am more likely to own one of them rather than a VW crew cab bus or a 1960's Viva lol

Only fiat comment I havent disliked. I hate 500's fake icon like the small bmw. But an abarth Hmmm ok, that's an original not a fake icon rubbish.
I have a theory on dirty 500 seats. I’ve done so many myself now and can’t believe that every 500 driver is filthy. My theory is condensation on the inside of the glass roof drips onto the front seats and stains. I’ve had ones far worse than those.
The other guy doesnt seem to help much....I only tend to spot you doing the graft....the underside of that 500 still looks mint.

You know you love 500's Rob , there will be always one worth buying , in the 80's I work at a fiat dealers and was the first mechanic to strip a Fire engine in a fiat Uno, new piston required at 8 mike's , some loon forgot to put a piston ring on it in Italy, and have done loads of head gaskets and replaced rusty sumps on these , but otherwise pretty bullet proof , hope the crafter is getting some TLC , nice to see more of Chris, your a great team and work well together 👍💪🇬🇧😷🛀

The amount of work you guys do in a day including all the running around you do deserves a round of applause. When we see you pick a car and get on with it we think that's all you've done. It’s not the Fiat 500 that needs dropping from your content because they are all entertaining. All the refurbs are different. I. Have been in the trade for 40 years and I still get entertainment from you and Chris so most other people will as well . It’s your choice in the end though. Good job 👍 nice turned out little car .
While there have been several Fiats, each has been a bit different and you do have the advantage of the discarded parts from an earlier car often finding a new home on a later one. In every case different problems need different solutions and can earn a margin - at the end of the day, that is what matters. Mix and match can be great, but in the present hard to find picks situation, it is all action and finding a way out of the maze or into the maize, dosh or lucre?

Believe these injuns are old school closed deck, cast iron blocks. Simple design with single cam and 8Valves. Shame they stopped making them.

I bought one without realising it had old-school drums on the back which surprised me but to be fair, the brakes are pretty sharp on it.

Nice one fellas. Been subscribed for a few months now and you’d never find a less mechanically minded individual - I’d literally struggle to change a headlight bulb, but even so still really enjoy watching the videos. They are really “educational” (even though I’m not going to be darkening the inside of a bonnet anytime soon) but it’s literally for the interest & entertainment value that I watch them.
It’s a funny animal this you tube,but you also get to know the people and their personalities on here too as much as following the prohects,so in the end it becomes like sort of popping round to a mates place to see what they’re up to for a catch up. So anyway - thanks for that 👍 Keep going as you are I’m sure the channel will continue to grow 👍

I live in Ireland and I do be amazed on what prices you are spending on cars in Britain but I don't know what the exchange rate is it seems to me in Ireland the cars are very expensive but could be just me

The paintwork has come out well on those very cheap bumpers, looks smart. It looks like Euro Car Parts have done you well for a couple of the last few videos. I noticed that the front number plate has the company of a previous retailer on it. They have two sites, in about 2007 I tried to buy a MX-5 Sport from my local and I got the cowboy salesperson sadly. But most importantly, couple of touch ups to do and then it's another nice little town car for someone to nip about in.
