Imagine a mod where after you finished the entire campaign, you strip down your armor, wear some normal clothes, take your backpack, only bring some small armaments like dagger and hunting bow, and all you have to do is delivering stuff, hunting some rabbits/deer, or farming. The interaction between your character and NPC's would only also about daily lives like animal stock, farming, discussions about places. Man i would love that.
I make similar videos so I really understand the effort that goes into this! Keeping the camera still and cinematic for an hour is amazing, I'm working on uploading some longer Skyrim videos but it isn't easy!
5:40 imagine walking down that grade in the icy snow. Walking becomes sliding without some ice cleats and even then all those stones must be so slippery. Imagine having a cart of supplies? Maybe set up a rope and pulley to a tree on the slope to prevent any runaway slipping.
i literally love this. so many times when we start a game we get caught up in all the action and main missions that we miss all the background experience. once you’ve played a game once you really appreciate it i feel.
"A long time away from home I leave my friends at the tavern and head back down the long road back home, it's snowing and I'm bundled in warm clothes it's kind of a barren wilderness with wild animals but they are so used to seeing me they leave me alone.... I pass some friends on their way home from work and they are headed to the tavern where I just left to tank up on Ale and hot food before they go home to their families, as I travel on I pass the old hermits house and he's out looking at the weather I see him and wave he waves back never talk to him just wave at him.... snow covered mountains in the distance and tall trees on each side of me, it's getting late and I'm still aways from home but I've traveled this road on foot for 14 years now and it hasn't failed me yet, the animals are all heading to their caves and are ready for a rest, I pass a fallen man but he's not dead or hurt as I hear him snoring and a couple of whiskey bottles near him and the strong smell of the liquor his cart near him I just leave him because he's in no danger out here anymore,.... I travel onward and I'm nearing a small village on my way home and I see the houses up on the hill and a woman out on the porch asking if I'd seen her husband, it turns out that the passed out man was her husband and I told her where to find him and send someone up the road a couple of miles and they'll find him there alive but resting she looks at me knowing what I mean and later I see a huge man running that direction its the drunken man's son going after him, at least he'll be home soon I'm still a few miles away from my home, as I find myself back out away from civilization again the night nearing and the snow has lightened up and its now getting foggy I cross under a bridge and there are workers clearing loose rocks from the cliffs.... I'm now nearing the high mountain range and I button up my coat and put my gloves on and I travel onward I pass a couple of grazing elks near their cave, I pass a deputy out on his rounds through the valley making sure all is safe, he says to be careful and alert but I can take care of myself as I'm 6'3" and 245 pounds and a former soldier and I have a couple of knives on me I carry them in my coat pocket.... I'm nearing another village near my home I see some people that I know, a farmer in his garden, a young girl running home for supper and some deputies patrolling the village, some villagers gossiping about someone in their family, as I exit the village I pass some more deputies taking in a local rowdy that's always in trouble with the law, a little ways up the road I pass a huge man trying to make it home from work in the mines and later on I pass two more deputies heading to the village I was in earlier, up ahead is some more mountains and below them is my home and across from my house is a tavern where I shall warm up at with a meal and some Ale and afterwards I walk across the road to my house and retire for the night, so good night, take care, stay safe, warm and dry and most importantly GOD BLESS."
I applaud the amount of patience and dedication you put into this. Don't take these for granted, people. Skyrim is known for its dynamic random events. Anything could interrupt you at any time, ruining the recording attempt, and you would have to start over. It takes an extraordinary amount of patience and inner tolerance to create this type of content.
