Thank you for watching
Very well explained!!! Thank you for the enormous help!
Sir....you are always amazing in front of the board and in deatil explanation....so plzz come forward...
Thank you so much sir u are making me pass in all exams as I'm doing msc biotech without ur videos all clear is impossible.. Glad that u have made videos in all topics regarding to subjects of biotech
This was really helpful thank you
Thanks so much for the help you gave to me bro !
hi sir, in this video it's little confusing and ur teaching in front of a board is lot more nice. I want to know which software u are using for this video??
Clear lecture, thank you very much. Your diagrams are very helpful also. From your lecture: DNA damage triggers DNA repair systems (MMR, BER, NER, etc) via SOS gene transcription which then triggers DNA repair mechanisim. This is repressed by the dimer operon LexA. DNA damage induces recA, which acts to deactivate LexA via autocleavage, releasing its active monomer, plus its own repressive monomer. The active LexA monomer induces transcription of the SOS genes, activating DNA repair. SOS genes OFF/LexA dimer [DNA damage ----> recA synthesis----->LexA autocatalysis] -----> SOS genes ON/LexA active monomer only -------> transcribe SOS genes ------> induce DNA repair system.
great....helpful
Your videos are very helpful for quick revision.
Thank you so much sir' for making me understand the biology much better👍
Sir u helped me a lot in myn bs biotech.. 👍👍😉😍😍
very useful
thank you
Wow it really helped me to do my seminar thank you so much
thank you:)
Congratulations for 10 lakh subscriber family
sir can u explain primpol gene its role in repair mechanisim. its a very complicated subject
But sir what about the bypass.. You just explain thr activation of the SOS genes.. But after that?. What about the role of dna pol 4 and 5
Great dear teacher but change this style like u gotta stay in front of desk while explaining something
This is all very good but how does the LexA repressors return to Olex, once the DNA repair is no longer required.
