    I hope Blue Devils keep guitar players in their pit for many years because it fits their sound so well!

    Did the front decide to skip the show and have their own concert? I think so. Haha. Ensemble is sounding fantastic with a hard book. Drumset player is next level. Thanks for the high quality front video. It is much appreciated!

    I recently got into my school’s marching band front ensemble (ON THE VIBRAPHONE)!! These videos never fail to inspire me for this up coming session! Wish us luck and GO MECHANIZES (our show this year)

    what order are they playing dirt in?

    • @sometimesnotemile
      @sometimesnotemile ปีที่แล้ว

      For 4 mallets, it's chromatic from C to Eb Major. For 2 mallets, C Major, then Db, Eb, Gb, and Ab.

      They seem to do different scales each time. Either they change each season or each rehearsal, idk

      In this video specifically, I believe they are playing the Phrygian Dominant Scale. To my understanding, they explore different modes every season using the 7/8 exercise.
