Probably the longest ever version of this song. Great solo. It seems he pretty much pieced together all of the differents parts of this solo he's done over the years and made it into one. Love it!
from '77 and on, Plant's voice was finally starting to make a comeback, although it would never be as glorious as it was in the early days. I'd rather listen to this than anything from '73 or '75.
oh god, just jizzed my pants o.o this one is truly awesome! Heartbreaker lasting for more than ten minutes- a dream comes true. love that solo, adore the outro, love that vocal outroduction by Percy at the end of the song- talah!.
by far the best heroine Page, you can still hear the passion the struggle mixed with smoothness, only if he still had his motor skills would have been even more amazing. The licks at 7:10 and 7:28 are fantastic
what u dont understnad is that tsrts as a movie, not a concert persay, it was a mulch recording from 2 or 3 nights, it was just that they had the cameras there, 1977 was my favorite year, la forum and nyc concerts were the greatest ever
The solo is so laid back and chill until 4:55, then things get warmed up from there. Good of Page to add two different tones into the solo. Not bad at all for 1980!
such a shame Zeppelin came to a crashing halt in 1980. although they were using some heavy effects on Plant's voice, at least he was beginning to get his voice back after the rough time it had in the mid-'70s. in the first and second verses, he was sounding like he did in '69!
I would put most of the Zurich 80 concert up there with anything from Zep's early years or the 75 tour. Of course, I like most of what I've heard from the complete 80s concerts so I could be biased....
my favorites were dallas and buffalo, thats my opinion, im not going to debate it, are u the same person down there or just coincidence that ur names are of the same person
Bonzo's drums are strong enough to blow your mind, JPJ's bass is heavy enough to stop your heart, Pagey's guitar is sexy enough to make you move your hips, and Robert's voice is so stunning it makes you jizz your pants!
@HeadlyGrange70 since i've been here,on youtube thought,i have met so many who dig page so much and that's all they know. enought have known stuff as i... i love jimmy as a guy would say. i'm never going to say anything bad about him.( i bet you can trust me). he look's so fucking cool alway's.dosn't he. so my head is bigger,i suppose because i think i know a damn lot abt Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin. alot of perrsonal shit.. i'd tell him! if i could.
look up the new york concerts, there were 5 or 6, they blow houston FAR away, same goes to a few la forum and DESTROYER, houston was pretty good though, the audio is flat as fuck the soundboard didnt pick up on alot of th range
Some of their best performances were in 77. Listen to This Eddie, Destroyer, 4/28, the unrecorded show at the Pontiac. Actually, all 5 performances at the L.A. Forum were great.
Probably the longest ever version of this song. Great solo. It seems he pretty much pieced together all of the differents parts of this solo he's done over the years and made it into one. Love it!
anything from Germany/Austria in that March 73 period was flawless,
This is the best version of HB'r ever!!!!
From Boleskine, with love.

oh god, just jizzed my pants o.o this one is truly awesome!

hey thanks! u got some great stuff!
Best heroin Page as someone here said. Partly it sounds almost as lyrical and beautiful as 1973. A gem in a puddle of mud.

And I thought there was no good Page solos post 1975... I stand corrected.
The solo is so laid back and chill until 4:55, then things get warmed up from there. Good of Page to add two different tones into the solo. Not bad at all for 1980!
Very good for 1980 based on where Page was in his addiction
check led zepp's official website. it's all in there.

Jimy Page was kinda cte back then. Ah well, long live Zeppelin! Heartbreaker!!!!
Is this in Zurich? I want this full gig so badly!
Ritchie Blackmore is playing his fender strat in the other room. here we have the best player of THIS kind of guitar . i think.
my favorites were dallas and buffalo, thats my opinion, im not going to debate it, are u the same person down there or just coincidence that ur names are of the same person
I love your comment Scarfacedan !! Just fuckin right !!
at abt 1minute&42second's in - was that (John Paul Jones) changing the sound of the band
So are you.
Bonzo's drums are strong enough to blow your mind, JPJ's bass is heavy enough to stop your heart, Pagey's guitar is sexy enough to make you move your hips, and Robert's voice is so stunning it makes you jizz your pants!
anyways the best 73 concert was dallas
why is there never any live footage from the '80 tour???? anyone?
@JakobsMovieTutorials Heroine has nothing to do with it, he wrote those amazing songs because he's Jimmy Page. period.
This should be put on a disc and left on the moon for a defenition of rroccccccckk and roll
@lionellogan He always does.
@HeadlyGrange70

They definitely were getting their groove back by 79 &80 after their weak sloppy performances in 77.

1980 this is not
no way
@HeadlyGrange70 As far as i know, as long as u wasn't in Led Zeppelin, u don't know jack shit. So i agree with ya
