Having followed you for months I have a couple of comments: To Presenter: you get better and better but please focus less on interior decor and give more info on room sizes, available amenities like water, waste disposal, power, service charge? distance to city or landmarks, warranty on items, play area, parking etc. For apartment blocks show us stairwell, proximity to next door neighbor and shared spaces. Your furnished apartment have no washing machines or space for it, I notice. For Developer: Kindly give presenter info on C of O ownership, guarantee/insurance on deposit paid? Completion time frame, arrangements for maintenance of estate and possibility of partnering with financial institutions. A 3D video mock up of finished estate layout with position of the actual property you are showing would be nice as your opening montage🙂 Also pls rethink your bathroom doors and fences. All in all.. First time I've seen a kitchen that I really love. The open plan will really work for me. Top notch ❤️. I totally love the layout of the house where all the doors aren't hanging off the living room. Although the door of the guest toilet door hits the sink, that would need adjusting.

Go and see the 3 and 4 bedroom estatae develoment in Ajah. The entire estate is fully landscaped, drainage, everything. I'm sure that as the homes are sold they will consider the order and layout of the general area. They've done it once they can do it again.

It seems that open concept kitchens are not popular in Naija because of strong smelling foods like stock fish & palm oil. You showed 1 beautiful house with an Italian Open Concept Kitchen that can close patio or pocket doors. That kitchen is EVERYTHING but the house is way above my budget.

This has always been my thoughts , if I have land already in a nice location, I bet $50k will give me a beautiful finishing from foundation..Just budget minimum of $50k for land (average to Cream De la cream location the price obviously increases) having said that, I think one should be able to squeeze 4 of these flats in a plot of land in a smaller form factor. Better still with 4 X one bedroom flats configuration Alternatively, 2 One bedrooms @ ground floor AND 2 two bedrooms on the 1st floor My only problem is this looks like middle of nowhere but like every location this will grow and double in price in 5 to 10 years time. Nigeria is a real joke, I can't justify these house prices. Its like a bubble waiting to burst. Will I buy one to live in ? Yes,I will buy one for investment purpose @1.2M a year rental income on a 17 M investment it will take me 17 - 20 years to recoup my money 💰 Good luck to prospective buyers 😁

Open plan living is what's called. This one is definitely way better than the ones here in the UK and the States.
