Smartly designed and very reasonably priced. Only issue is that 18 months payment plan, they really should bump it up to 24 months, it's not like Nigeria has a good mortgage system for people to borrow from banks. People here in the US pay off their houses from 10 to 30 years, 1 year and 6 months is incredibly short time.
Lol banks and developers in Africa are not sure if people will still be around to pay the mortgage 10 years later, and developers want to recoup their investment because interest rates are higher

The staging is a new and great addition and how about the vendors throwing in the price of the furnishing just in case some clients might just want to move in with nothing but a suitcase/luggage?
Just a thought and a question. Why those shower curtains? Why can't the finishers use showers with the complete doors? Those shower curtains somewhat diminish the aesthetics. Also, if possible, kindly tell those architects to do walk-in closets. Honestly, the exterior wardrobes take up space and are somewhat imposing. The space up there for the extra sitting could have been divied up amongst the rooms for the extra space for walk-ins.
Are there usually walk-ins or open days? There were some people in there or were they extras?

Please could you ensure all the contents in the video are captured while you are presenting, because sometimes your camera man does not show the details while you are pointing them out.
