    When developers brag about importing mass produced materials for me it’s not a flex. It’s a bigger flex to say … This is One of One.. this was designed by … and hand crafted by … it took almost 11 months to fabricate this piece of arts..Now that’s a Flex 💪🏽

    This is BY FAR the best interior I've seen on Eden Oasis and every real estate channel from Nigeria, except the kitchen, which was fire too but could have been better if it was designed by Rome Signature. And Confidence, who the heck is your video editor??? This guy is even BETTER than Mike, hands down. Mike was the Video editor for the real estate channel called: Enes Yilmazer - the biggest Real Estate channel in the world as of now. Well done to Eden Oasis.

    • @GHOST-cy7rc
      @GHOST-cy7rc 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes her editor is doing great. But I hope you understand that the editor is responsible for how the entire video end up... Therefore, saying this editor is better than Mike is you effectively saying that Eden Oasis' production quality is greater than that of Enes Yilmazer, and that's very much NOT true

    • @ShegsJiboye
      @ShegsJiboye 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @GHOST-cy7rc The "EDITING" is better than most of what I've seen from Enes (and I have seen practically ALL Enes videos on his 2 channels), but overall video production quality is better than Eden Oasis obviously because Enes has far more EXPENSIVE camera and gear. However, with the little gear Eden Oasis has, this editor is far more creative and more dynamic with his transitions and stuff. Also his use of better music throughout his videos makes it more entertaining while Enes videos have an initial music at the start of his videos which then fades out when he starts the home tour. Eden Oasis is far more dynamic and more talented in general but you will never really know until there is an EVEN-PLAYING ground with access to the same calibre of camera equipments and gear as the Enes team. Eden Oasis has finally entered the big leagues of TH-cam home interior showcase. Well done once again. This is the first time I'm seeing ONYX on the floor of a Nigerian home on TH-cam. Before na so so Niaja marble. Lol.😅

      @esthervanda7401 I would agree to your assertion if I didn't have eyes for the intricacies and details of interior decor. I'm gifted in this space and living here in the UK for years, I have been exposed to the real stuff that's not common in Naija homes. All Eden homes have been white Nigerian marble tiles and homemade furnitures until this video popped on here. The grade and quality of all the Onyx and light fixtures are Avant-garde. But you wouldn't know what that is. Leave interior decor discussions to the savants sis.

    Another great video Confidence. Nice house. They used the tiny space well. I guess it's well built and the materials are quality, but Ikoyi is just unreasonably overpriced. What do the neighborhoods there offer for these prices? Next to nothing. I'd take a fraction of this money and buy a better and more spacious house just minutes from Ikoyi, and I'd still have money to invest in a couple of better properties in better neighborhoods in the US, or elsewhere. Anyway, they have their customers.

      The facade of the house was basic but it has the highest quality interiors I have ever seen in ANY Nigerian house on TH-cam. The fact that they used Onyx for ground flooring instead of the usual Nigerian marble was gold. The master bathroom walls also seemed like Onyx or Calcutta marble as well but they weren't bookmatched, I guess we've not started doing that in Nigeria.

    She said it has alot of greenery, where's is it?
    Also said you can pack all your luxury cars meaning the luxury cars can't be more than 3 or 4( doesn't look feasible with what is shown here )
    I'm not surprised by the price since it's Nigeria ( with all the importation and transportation cost) in the name of luxury and it's at ikoyi at a secure estate, it will be crazily expensive. What disturbs me is the size, like since they can price it at 5 billion, why not just buy more land and make the house spacious then reduce some of the expensive decor to cover cost, at least it would make it sensible to buy.
    Wait o, is the retractable TV close to the gas burner or I'm not seeing right, isn't that wrong? I'm so confused right now. I've said all these and I'm just at 5:16 not up to half of the video 🙆🏽‍♀️

    The house has truly got a wow factor with top notch finishing. But the exact location description is very important because just saying located in Ikoyi is too generalised. For example is it old Ikoyi or Ikoyi foreshore extension etc. If it is in 'secured' estate, what are the amenities available on the estate? All these information and many more always help in making informed decision on the value of the property. Thanks for a nice presentation.

    This is not a 3.5 million dollar home with cabinets and fixtures from Allibaba. The land size is not worth it, and that tiny pool with no views of greenery . There is no greenery or trees to add beauty to the landscape. Africans are anti trees and plants in their homes. The layout of the home is not functional. The kitchen appliances are basic with a million dollar home to have a basic stove top, not even a top high-end brand like Fisher Paykel or Miele or even a Viking. A million home here in the US offers way more than this.

    Definitely not worth $3.5m… Let’s assume the land is even worth $400k, the structure $100k, the furnishing $200k and then let’s say a generous $200k profit…. How’s this $3.5m 😂 Lagos developers are a joke! Well their targeted audience is clearly the wealthy that doesn’t care about being ripped off. All I see is concrete everywhere….. All I heard was Eden Oasis mentioning designers items if foreign currencies lol How did we get here Nigeria. Pls compare a 3.5m home in CAPE TOWN, ACCRA, NAIROBI, KUALA LUMPUR, HOUSTON or even KAMPALA 😢 We’ve really messed with that word “LUXURY” in Nigerian Real Estate. My conclusion; THIS HOME IN LAGOS “wayo” PROPERTY MARKET VALUE should be $1m

      @@tumilz_kalashnikov That’s why I mentioned the word “wayo” Lagos property market value… Also went ahead to be generous with the land value because it’s IKOYI lol. $3.5m will buy me 1 town house in Dubai, 1 villa in Kuala Lumpur, 1 villa in Asaba GRA, 1 in Houston & an HDB in Leeds UK.

    How did we get here in Nigeria where every house is overpriced? A $3.5m house in the US is not this small, and neither is the neighboring building so close. This is pure ridiculousness, and it's festering across lagos. Great editing, terrible kitchen, masterpiece of a living room, nonsensical outdoor spaces, awesome primary bathroom, and i like the touch of a dedicated games room and salon, but mediocre everything else.
    Its just sad that Lagos is by far the smallest state in Nigeria, yet its the most populated city in the Africa and one of the largest metropolitan areas in the whole world... Because of this, the price of land would only go higher and higher in a ridiculous fashion that will never make any sense, and as such, luxury real estate in Lagos would look more and more ridiculously overpriced with tiny outdoor spaces and would be saturated with these monotonous Triplexes in a bid to maximize land usage. The future of Lagos' luxury real estate would be that of stratospherically priced building materials, finishes and furnishings to compensate for its lack of grandeur spaces indoor and outdoor. And its all due to how the Nigerian government has sadly positioned Lagos alone as the all-in-all state of the entire country... Touché.
