Look at that entrance driveway. People have made pathways, bicycle ways, motorways between the shrubs/flowers lining the middle of the road. They have driven over the retaining stones and broken them. No street cleaning, nothing.

It's borne out of greed, to maximize how much they can get out of the land without thought for quality of life. I'm a Nigerian living in Ghana and I just appreciate how trees are planted everywhere. Very simple test - what do you see more when you're landing into Lagos - greenery or brown roofs? We prioritize money over everything. We place little value on the quality of life....really sad.
For the records, some of the house designs are good, but the environment doesn't surround itself with nature.
You can start business by planting trees in Nigeria.

@@elvisagendia719 From what i know. The washing machines have quick drying. More like wringing out the water at high speed for some minutes. The previous comment kind of hinted at the reason. Nigeria is a sunny country. With the quick dry/wringer washing machine, you only need to hang your clothes out to sun dry or air dry in the laundry room. Within 1 hr max, your clothes should be totally dried without moisture or damp.

We need trees and flowers or green grasses please. More beautiful and edible trees as I have emphasized . This places will look habitable seeing greens in our environment. Trees in front of the houses and trees on the road s or streets of the estate. I want to own one of your houses or homes but lack of trees in your landscaping is a turn off on making a decision to buy. We want to see grasses, flowers, trees in front and back of our homes please.

There are many sealed houses I saw in your advert by the Lagos state material testing laboratory. Do guys have a building materials permit from the Lagos state material testing laboratory?
