The meaning is that all events and all processes within the universe in a certain sense have their occurrence and their existence in being at the same time. I'm a fan of the observer and the observed being inextricably intertwined. There are so many synchronicities that support this idea. And it would seem this works in infinite directions...space and time. And even when there doesn't seem to be a direct cause effect relationship, there must still be connectedness in some way.
