Since following Deepak I am totally blown away by my body mind infinite possibilities, miraculous functions and abilities. I’ve been on a 70 year journey looking forward to arriving to pure consciousness. It’s only a matter of time.

To my understanding, it only seems like it shall be a matter of time before a great befalling of getting 'it' will happen. It's all in the now, now, now (or never). You underwent the entire set of exercise Deepak took us on was then the 'now' in your experience.

Morning from my side! I found your channel not long ago. Off course I knew you!! I apology from advance English it’s not my first lenguage. First I’m very grateful for the daily content you shared with us. Every day enjoy the package of six meditations. Thank you! Before yours daily conversations I use to believe that I had an average intelligence. But I struggled to understand the concepts. Never mind I took them like seeds that hopefully will grow with time. I remind me that “it’s not necessary to be an engineer to drive a car, only need daily practice and patience”. All my love and thanks to you. ❤

Thank you Deepak. I especially appreciate "what is the next thought" and the four stages of thought. I will revisit this.🙏🙏🙏🙏😌

Yes! The question, what is my next thought, is very powerful❣️ The sense of immense love and peace arose from within the heart, bowing my head and moistening the eyes. It was so subtle, so gentle and then the thought came - thank you.❣️🌹☮️

For me it was very helpful, because it is important to keep things on an acessible level. Otherwise, there will be a serious danger to get lost in too complicated models, where we turn around our own conceptions, whereby unfortunately we believe to deal with truth. For me the best way is always the most simple one which is useable in an easy way. Pure consciousness is always here, and it is on my part, not to note it. Thankyou for your beautiful summary of essentials. 😊

Excellent presentation! 👍 I'll try just to say that the NIH published a report in June of 2022 which studied the effects of yogic breathing on 16 healthy people who had no experience with yoga. Comparing 4 types of breathing as natural, into the belly, into the diaphragm/middle and into the chest. I just found out the last 3 are yogic where I had thought just into the belly. This breathing relates to creating a coherence between the influence of the heart pulsations with the influence of the breath on the movement of cerebral spinal fluid which is what the Bible refers to as the Jordan River. There's a lot in the report about how moving the CSF helps to purge toxins which can cause Alzheimer's and imagine many more diseases and disturbances. I skipped about half of it to find their conclusion that the heart is the predominant influence of cerebral spinal fluid movement and pressure changes except for breathing into the belly which gives breathing/feminine/moon a comparable influence to the heart/masculine/sun. I have a strong feeling that it is primarily the fluctuations of pressure created by moving the mass of the body within a defined boundary condition called the skin. The heart moves the CSF, if memory or conjecture serves, by increasing and decreasing the volume of the arteries surrounding the brain and less so in the body with the contraction and relaxation of the muscle.
I saw yesterday someone said some Buddhists believe in the non self because even the mind of God is ever changing. It seems to me that my being is the same from day to day regardless of conditions or state of mind. I saw sushumna means channel for grace and kindness. I would say the word kindness is an action with the reason in it's name which is also the reason for grace that suggests samadhi is not a state of mind but a constant state of being.
    🙏⚕️🙏

Thank you for this visualisation Deepak. Helps me to stay present. Engaged in 'visualisation' using generative A.I past 1.8 years. Hope to have something worth sharing by 2030. generative A.I will usher in a renaissance for humanity.
I recently experienced a ruthlessly discriminatory leave process by a dehumanising property manager for who words 'empathy' or 'compassion' do not exist. My 11 year tenure in the little one bed unit I knew as home since 2013 is now over. Presently rural on a guest bed at 72yr old ma's home. Very trying period. I hope to be well and out in the world again soon!
There are no excuses for the property manager actions. Her indifference to my 'invisible' disability resulted in severe escalation symptoms leading to emergency hospitalisation and severe health impacts for myself. I am still traumatised by it. My attempt to speak out was met with resistance and contempt. Within that area this sort of preduice was normalised. My disability is documented and lifelong.

Brilliant. Thank you for sharing Deepak.
I am keen to learn more about the yogic models of reality. Yet through experience rather than conceptual knowing.
A series of this type of video you just shared would be awesome.

I have found Vipassana to be very helpful .... I observe my thoughts... they are often negative and judgmental ... I try to just observe them and release ... however is it possible to rid myself of these pesky thoughts? I so desire to ... thank you 🙏

I experience this too. The first step for me was to stop attaching a meaning to them. Learning that the thoughts are just a program running and they don’t mean anything unless i give them power. After that, i became at peace with them and able to change the programming with the thought i want it to be instead. I got here with continuous practice. I don came a long way and still going! Sending peace 🫶🏽

Thank you, Mr.Chopra! I have a question on revealing „The truth beyond reality“. Reality need not be true all the time, isn’t it? Is this called Maya in Vedic science? How to see the truth beyond reality in every situation? Thank you so much for your guidance in advance!
